AP is just a guideline. Normally people who play, go events, buy attachment, some research on weapon is doable. BUT if lets say a tuyul, even if it has the levels and AP from evolve items, without ANY formula compilations or unwilling to level the research using shards then its still abit hard or takes long to kill. Maybe until manor 26 27 with excess 10 over AP above the required then will be easy for most f2p
