As a Christian, the best thing to do is to let that person alone, protect that person if other people are embarrassing them or harassing them, and, if you have the occasion to discuss about religion, ask that person if that shirt has any meaning to them, why they feel a connection with Satan if they do, and just learn more about this person and their believes. I'm not a Christian, I'm an apostate, but I do have Christian friends, and they love to talk about religion with whoever they can, because talking about religion makes them think about their believes. Thinking about your faith is really important, you need to challenge your believes to reinforces them or to change them, the goal being to seek truth and seek happiness and peace.

By taking hormones and having surgery Blaire has made fundamental, irreversible steps to change her gender.
