    Something I feel would have been beneficial to this whole series is to use each character default weapon set. Means that each execution would be indicative of what the devs intended.
    Most scores probably wouldn't change much, but some gain that context.
    Afeera is a good example of this, since her default mace head does have the "blades"(not sure what they are called properly) come to a point on the top. The execution at 10:10 makes more sense with that weapon. Wouldn't stabbing that point into the side of the head, along with the inability of give because of the ground, cause that spot to be punctured? Maybe not a 4 for lethality, but at least a 3.
    Edit: I just check out the default. I'm wrong, it does have a point but the blades don't lead into it, its just a tiny spike on the top. 2 for lethality makes sense.

    On the last exicution for leathality should be higher. She also slams the shield onto the neck. It's not just the slam to the head by the mace.

    I think it would have been better to wait until November, because she will get her hero fest soon, aswell as Ocelotl

    I'd like to say something that effects the lethality of Sultana's Sanction. The Warden's head is being kept up by the shield, whoch is also located at the back of the skull (the weaker part of the skull). The head is unable to move back and is being hammered into the shield which is quite lethal due to extreme fracturing, brainbleeds, and at the most extreme, brainmatter destruction.

    Yeah, that was what I expected. Though, I'm rather surprised there's no executions, at least as of now, that just has the Afeera just swinging her mace like a baseball bat and basically decapitates the opponent and swinging their head off like a baseball. Well, either that or an execution where the Afeera basically brings the mace down to basically turn the head into mush.
    Also wait...isn't Ocelotl the only one left? I mean, you did Pirate and Medjay already.

    'Fate' End' has to be 1 of my favorite executions, probably in the whole game. I'm a fan of executions where the opponent shows atleast some sign of fighting back, and not just being a test dummy waiting to die. Fates End, in my opinion, looks like something you'd maybe actually see on the battlefield

    Honestly many maces had spikes in the top, so I don’t see why that was a 2 for lethality

      @@RavenKnightYT even with that man, imagine being in the floor and somebody hitting you full strength with the point of a metal bat in the head, that without considering the force focusing in the narrow tip of the mace, that would break and push a skull inward without that much effort, I’d understand a 3 but a 2? Nah

    • @vorpalkickass8825
      @vorpalkickass8825 Před 10 měsíci +2

      @@A.Lien98 But here the mace has a tiny tip, the warden has a helmet, and the afeera is holding the mace half-way in a grip that does not transfer the full force of the strike. hell, even the wind up for that strike looks shallow, as she stabs it downwards as you would a dagger.
      Now that I think about it, this same execution would fit like gold on PK. Our little knight girl is also dexterous and flexible, and definitely has a weapon ideal for stabbing someone's head.

    i think the reason she let go of the shield in the second execution is to hold his hand there. it still seems unrealistic and inefficient but it does make more sense and makes it less of a "let it go just for the flip"

    The last execution would probably break the bone in the neck by the shield so maybe for me I rate the lethality as 3.

  • @tavenfinona
    @tavenfinona Před 2 měsíci

    For the sultanas sanction execution I noticed that you are lost as to why she puts her shield down let me explain when she flips him she actually redirected the wardens punch by putting the shield close to his armpit area in order to flip him while Also using the momentum of him swinging forward to lift him and maybe because he was heavy she had to drop the shield along with him

    Bloody Prophecy: Personally i have to disagree with you on a lethality standpoint. Going by your own rules the armor is not there/doesn’t count.
    Yes, swinging the mace to utilise its mass x acceleration = force multiplier is highly effective especially as the blunt force trauma from the connecting could shatter bone quite nicely.
    So can a downward ice pick grip (reverse grip. Great for stabbing and nothing else) stab. Remember the equation above. The mace is already able to mess someone up with a swing, in this execution she is using the mace as though it were a final dagger strike, that is a LOT of force CRUSHING down onto the skull, which has no room to move with the strike pinned as it is. Scholar of Death had to contend with the free motion of the neck to kill, where as Bloody Prophecy has the added benefit of the ground to serve as an anvil to her focused strike. Much like many armor tests on youtube the lack of give makes punching through material easier. It shares the principles of curb stomping someone while wearing full plate or at least the greaves and sabatons. Maces are heavy enough to break bone and thus I conclude the Lethality to be a 4 due to the mace caving the skull in at the very least.
    I am open to hearing out differing opinions however so long as they make sense and are constructive to the discussion i have potentially started

      I would also like to add that maces can have a spike at the top, no way that doesn't penetrate right?

    • @Your_Resident_Jawa
      @Your_Resident_Jawa Před 5 měsíci

      @@LoneWolf3571 that in fact adds a highly acute point of pressure on the skull so yes it would add to the penetrating power as the mace’s mass is hyper focused on that singular point of contact (much pike a nail) it is for that reason blacksmiths started adding spikes and wings to the metal heads of their maces and flail heads, creating the flanged and spiked variations instead of just having a smooth heavy ball, this design is seen in both Afeera’s mace heads and the ball of Conquerer’s flails

    the maces she uses have spikes on the end for puncturing. and i think she put the shield down so that when she hit the head, it would bounce off the shield. would be the same as it hitting the ground but that’s probably why they did it
