    Storm is probably the most used Wehrmacht commander from what I’ve played against in recent memory. The combination of sprinting +camp, the versatility of the jaeger command squad and its combat power, the off map smoke recon being insanely busted with its low cool down and low cost, topped with the threat of arty and a very strong off map.
    Due to Wehrmacht’s inherently good base roster and team weapon play. It becomes frustrating to deal with very quickly.
    Relief troops also doubles or triples your production speed and reinforcement times. So it can help you bring back an army to speed. Same with the Soviet person rapid conscription

    Keep in mind the supply drop of the wehrmacht also includes free fuel and munis.... While the soviet and american airdrops don't.... Pretty big deal!

      since when they remove the fuel and ammo drop from soviets?
      anyway it is nice, but it can get stolen, take down by AA, and you have to pick it manually, which doesn't sounds too hard, but when the big fights start...

    Storm doctrine smoke does give LOS as it flies and pairs nicely with the stuka for hitting static emplacements

    Best bulletins for each specific doctrine? Yes, I am aware the standard infantry doctrines are the safest, regardless of doctrine (Insert the boring: +3% acc, -X% cooldown, etc etc.) and you don't want to telegraph your strategy, but I think it would be an enjoyable episode to say "Pick 3 intel bulletins for Fortified Doctrine; 1) StuGIII +4%pen, PzIV +4% armor, Elefant -4%reload, for example."

    The one annoying thing about close the pocket is that on atleast 2 maps its completely broken, (Whiteball spawning south side, Minsk pocket as well I think north side).
    Ranking it low because people dont know how to use it though is a bit unfair I think.

      They should all be ranked based off a high player Using them and not because someone will struggle when he first uses it

    I strongly disagree with your placing of German Mechanised
    Sure, there isn't much special but in a real game special stuffs isn't that necessary. I get spotting scope to help scout the enemy with my tanks, command tank to provide defensive bonus, repair ability to spend munition and Lefh

    How is Spearhead in B tier? It's definitely S tier, especially on rather closed maps like essen steelworks.
    edit: same with storm, it's definitely S tier commander.

      Not gonna lie, I heavily disagree with a handful of their placements, the fact that they put spearhead in B tier and not A or low S tier really takes away alot of their credibility, same for yaeger doctrine it has camo, G43 and one of the best special units for werh, the light arti is useful for forcing your enemy to move their support weapons such as AT guns, the only bad skill is the strafe plane, regardless, it is a very solid A tier doctrine.

      I totally agree spearhead should be a High A or a low S idk why they put it a B, Spearhead is probably one of the most versatile doctrines that the wehermsct has due to its amazing early game abilities like the motor halftrack. Even late game like the tiger and the frag bombs. The only thing it lacks are infantry upgrades but overall I strongly agree that Spear should be an A or a S

      That's the problem with 1v1 and 2v2 top picks for Soviet and Ostheer. They often enable aggressive gameplay to dominate early-mid game, but lack late game options like heavy call-ins and team benefits like arty/airstrike/recon.

    elephant commander is without doubt the best commander in 4v4, halftrack reigel mines+flares+recon+new upgrades for pioneers+elephant for finale gg

    i think, that the last tiger ace commander is undeapriciated, when you got bulletin plus spearhead activated on tiger, you got sight like a scout car plus, if it will get to the vet3, that thing can go against any heavy tank destroyer, fire rate and first shot is just so op, and the breaktrough package is especialy good, nobody cares about those satchel charges there, but when you ll get it on pioneers, those pioneers are speedy boys at repairing after that

    Spearhead doctrine is one of the Best in Wrmatch Wtf XD. All is good guys. Smoke, recon, Frag, mortair for the brits, Tiger. Is one of the Best.
    Everyone wears that commander.

    The Stug E is great. It’s cheaper than an Ostwind. The gun is ok, and it’s lack of precision can be compensate is you buy a second one. It has a HEAT round blinding enemy’s vehicule, and most importantly, than can fire a smoke barrage, from quite far away.

      @@mr.pilchard4548 I'd say two. Plus, a Sturmpanzer cannot lay smoke, nor stun a tank. And the stugs are cheaper, and you can bring them sooner.

    I can show you a replay of joint opp happens to be my favorit but heres the catch its actualy the most broken doctran and heres why, slow start BUT when you get 8 comand points if you played right its unbeatabl Build 6 guns fire a barrage from them at a key location then withe the officer for 45 munitions launch a second one imedetly after and while there fireing the barrage will actualy contininu to reacharge if you time it properly you can litraly have a almost never ending barrage from the guns maby a 10 second window of waiting.

    I dont agree with the Tiger Ace. The thing is, youre better off grabbing a normal Tiger commander instead. It carries all the exact same stats as a normal Tiger through 0-3 veterancy, but is in fact slower than a normal Tiger, and costs more in popcap. The only things going for it are the self repair (just use some Pios) and Spearhead, which if youre going to use an ability that locks down a vehicle, youre better off going for Hulldown with the Elefant. then to top it off, if you lose that Tiger Ace? thats it, you cant replace it. If they had made the Tiger Ace a fair bit stronger than the normal Tiger thereby giving it a bit more importane to keep it alive, or just make it SLIGHTLY stronger but then allow replacements with normal Tigers afterwards, that would have brought it up.
    As it stands though, I find no reason to take Elite Troops over Assault Support or Mechanized Assault. Even the Stormtroopers could be easily replaced by Panzergrenadiers or even normal grens with the Lightning War commander and its G43s upgrade.

    best commander is anything with air support call ins to beat infantry or tanks. ive lost so many games with stupid commanders where you have a big battle and ive got nothing to use no call ins. you have 500 fuel and there are huge infantry blobs and you just lost because you cant counter it. 2 call ins would of won that every time in late game. Also tiger is a bit over rated if you lose it quickly you lose every single time as you never have enough fuel and ammo after that to counter them, it dies pretty quickly when they flank it with infantry its really only good for pushing against stationary anti tank guns .

    HARD disagree on tactical movement, especially on maps where you have a long distance between the frontline and you base, since OST dont have a fallback point. It can let you get your infantry and non at-gun team weapons back up to the front in a super efficient manner, especially if you have more than you can fit in a single halftrack. And its cheap, only costing 40 munitions.

      Do you want 1 v 1 or team game ?
      1 v1 is jaeger.
      Team game is assault support.

      It really depends what you enjoy playing in terms of playstyle, if you enjoy 1v1 or 2v2 then pick a commander that is good at that if you enjoy supportive playstyle in 3v3 or 4v4 then pick a commander like assualt support for it.

      @@messageinthebottle1673 Now, in what situations of the 4v4 game do I choose the assault support doctrine and not another, because for example when one has a lot of enemy artillery I use storm doctrine, when I need to maintain the line I use defensive doctrine, then in what situations is this commander used?

      Oooh thats tough question to answer because you have remember that every commander including the one that are not that great essentially provides a "playstyle" and depending on your "taste" soo for example me I enjoy 4v4 and I do enjoy a defensive/support playstyle so I go for support assualt and joint operations which both provides fantastic defensive and good support for my teammates. While if I wanted more direct assualt and solo carried potential I go for storm doctrine for solo carried because everything in that doctrine vastly improve your units and it has awesome utilities to support your army not to mention jeagar command squad is the best combat unit with soo much utility.

    Most of the time the encirclement DOES anything it's because your teammates are already winning the game FOR you, WITHOUT you lol. Itis just a terrible gameplay option and I believe you are right about "B" -and that is just for the memes lol-.

    Someone needs to explain to me why they still think the tiger is good and not the most overnerfed worthless heavy tank in the game. More expensive than a panther, slower than a panther, takes an eternity to repair, it outclasses tanks only if they are by themselves, add one additional su or jackson and it has to retreat immediately. And they will definitely chase it down. It doesn't kill infantry that well because it often misses, nothing like the KV2, it does hardly any damage to tanks that the panther couldn't already do, I've seen it only do 1/8 damage against a jackson, which are supposed to be glass cannons but not anymore. It's so bad and a detriment to the team it makes me mad as fuck.

    Jäger Infantry is placed too high in my opinion, on paper it looks like a good doctrine. Many Infantry upgrades a off map artillery barrage and an AT ability. But after a few matches you realize that besides good Infantry everything else sucks. Light artillery barrage has a call in time like most other strikes but it is too long for what's to come, it essentialy just fires mortar shells and doesn't even hit twice means you can't destroy any structure with it, doesn't wipe any Infantry, does zero damage to vehicles and often gets evaded. Speaking of hard to hit with, the AT stuka does crazy damage but it often misses and when it hits, it landd mostly just a few shots. Defense doctrine is in a weird spot, but that's heavily in my opinion. It looks like a team game doctrine but it also has Osttruppen which are for anything but for team games. Mean while Osttruppen doctrine heavily focuses on small games like 1v1s you get the trench, which also allows you to build sandbags, and you get it early on. The artillery officer is great for support. He has the mortar barrage to kill MGs and small structures and smoke aswell as some Aura ability and focus fire Aaand it also is a decent fighting unit it self amred with MP40s for close range to fill the role Osttruppen cannot in some circumstances. I disagree with heavy bombing run carrying the Luftwaffe supply doctrine. The ability is very powerful but too expensive and slow for most situations. I mostly use the fire bomb stuka against Infantry blobs. But besides that the doctrine is on a good spot. The close air support doctrine is weak. It only has strafes which aren't bad but they are just strafes. The main thing going for it may be the stuka bomb but it also is hard to hit with but surly easier because it doesn't throw red flares and when the enemy doesn't pay attention it can make some hilarious kills. The special ability of him is the supply drop zone but it is a team game ability like the whole doctrine is. Because you need the ammo for the abilities but you also need the manpower for yourself and your units. 200 MP for 150 ammo is not a bad deal but on most maps you can't use the ability to its full potential because resource points are often heavily contested and the ability goes on for a long time and the enemy isn't stupid, when he sees a bunch of planes flying over a resource point the instantly notice the drop and try to steal it. Meanwhile on some maps the ability is overpowered. Spearhead is not a allround doctrine, it has a clear way, to go. Anti Infantry, he is a good anti Infantry and break through doctrine with the mortar halftrack and stuka frag bombs. In late game you can go for the tiger but this tiger also has smoke. Smoke is very underrated because people say ground attack nullifys its effects, which really isn't the case that much. And recon is something Ost lacks in, and your team really appreciats the long recon flight because it gives them more time to react and use their own abilities. The stug E for any doctrine but defense is not really good. But for the defense doctrine it is a good anti Infantry long range support gun. It has decent range and should stay behind your lines. The projectile has low AE and travels slow but forces the enemy to move from cover. It the stug can fire over any obstacle which allows it to fire over sight blockers. And the main thing going for it is its low cost. Which pairs very well with the defensive play style of the defense doctrine. Last thing regarding the mobile observation which often gets forgotten, you also get the Riegel mine for your halftrack which mostly is overshadowed by the teller because it is easier to place. But the Riegel is actually a bit cheaper, does a little less damage but completely immobilizes vehicles which is a powerful effect. It's a shame that this mine and mines in general are not used often. If you're a madlad you can also place a Riegel on top of a teller and yes, it actually works and one hits almost all medium tanks and heavily damages heavy tanks and any tank that does survive is severely crippled and as good as dead, may not be the most cost efficient method though but funny when used on some paths you know a tank will roll through.

    說到德國 我就要跳出來講話了:
    目前德國(現在是東德) 系列的指揮官大部分都是屬於"專業"系列的技能,絕大部分沒有"可以對付大部分情景"的能力
    而且大多地圖外支援 來的太慢、效果太令人失望、甚至消耗太多
    很多單位都令人失望的表現,除非他們可以達到三星的經驗,但即使如此依舊不足以擔當菁英的名稱
    我一一列舉:
    Panzer4 J :他有著更高的裝甲,但是 基礎版升級之後的裝甲一樣高,但是J型不但更貴、更佔人口、速度也更慢,而且現行版本 四號的穿透只有115,連他自己的側面都不容易穿。J型唯一的優勢 是更高的AOE範圍傷害(對步兵會更好)
    指揮坦克: 指揮坦克是強力的輔助,但是其實他一點用都沒有,在防禦遠程火炮的時 減傷效果不能夠救人還是一發死;在多人或是後期的時候,不但容易被針對且容易死,盟軍大多有強化傷害的星星,逃得掉的話還是可以逃掉,逃不了得還是救不了;在單人或是兩人,他出場的時機太晚了,如果你需要反坦克 STUG,反步兵 東風,指揮坦克本身的戰力不值一提,75的火力比37的防空砲還要打不死人,如果你真的以為步兵打步兵可以因為這效果變成勝利?那就該看看1911撕裂德軍 像是MG42 撕裂諾曼地海灘一樣
    105榴彈砲: 射得慢、範圍小、傷害感人,更不用說它消耗的資源跟盟軍其他的一樣多,卻是更容易死跟破壞
    虎式與虎式菁英:是的,虎式,就連虎式也在我的名單上,虎式擁有很高的護甲 跟優秀的主炮,但是在戰場上,虎式 不但打不穿E8 和邱吉爾,對上KV2也會有問題,而且強大的88MM主砲 傷害跟其他砲一樣是160的傷害,儘管穿透較高,但是常常會打歪;再說了 虎式消耗的資源量可以換兩台四號或是三台Stug,被步兵推臉上也沒有足夠傷害可以快速擊退AT,ACE的速度其實比不過基本虎式
    象式:這隻大象是最強的反坦克武器,甚至比 43還要猛,但是! 大象的傷害只有300,這遊戲大多的載具都是640、960,這導致象 往往不能擊殺敵人,速度太慢不能追擊 甚至常常被繞圈圈打死,只有前方的砲管跟極慢的速度 讓象式常常陷入一次又一次的危機,儘管在實史中 象式的機動性並不差勁
    另外步兵的部分:
    stormtroops : 儘管有強大近距離戰鬥能力,但是技能不但需要犧牲移動能力,還會導致自己更容易受擊,價格昂貴,但生命消耗極為高速(跟工程兵一樣容易死亡),燃燒手榴彈也是很微妙的能力 雖然可以把人趕出屋子或是掩體,但是卻沒有相當的擊殺可能性
    AG:突擊擲彈兵 是一個優秀的單位,雖然比較貴(280)但是生存能力與近距離戰鬥能力而且佔的人口較少(6), 可以彌補單位的消耗與搶點需求,更有強力手榴彈流星雨可以做到基礎單位難以做到全滅人數眾多的蘇聯支援火力班,後期作為側翼襲擊很好用,但是能夠使用的指揮官太少也沒有配合技能樹
    Jager officer: 使用G43的"偵查單位",很多人使用這單位作為前線火力,但是他們其實很弱,是的 狙擊G43在隊伍裡面,可以一槍斃命,但是永遠不要跟妳自己賭運氣,Jager 的命中總體來說其實不好,他們在移動中跟對掩體目標沒有任何加成,而G43現在更好發揮在近距離的戰鬥,而這對四人小隊皮薄命薄的無疑是自殺舉動
