Chav rifleman has the higher dps in the game the only issues with them is that they are squishy even at vet3, and if you do not rush them out and hunt vet for them then they will wipe in miliseconds.

Also I did note in the translator thoughts that the Japanese player's name is a possible reference to either an eye conidition or possible an innovative name using the Psalt twitch emote.

put the Kettenkraftrad near support weapons' and they vet up fast. this is great do to the increase sight they give to allow the mortar to use their range.
