    I never named the varying styles of teaching, per say, but I'm so comforted that styling my classes is these different ways is something someone else is doing 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

    The block approach is very similar to my approach
    1 grounding
    2 mobilisation
    3 sun salutations
    4 standing postures
    5 balancing
    6 core/upper body strengthening
    7 seated postures
    8 lying down postures
    9 relaxation

      I don’t have a diet. I’ve battled enough with eating disorders and body image that I choose not to restrict myself. I eat what makes my body feel good. I exercise. There’s nothing entirely special about it.
