@@joshuaholman1795 they do have scales ( small ones ). 🐟 Skin is edible and delicious. I always remove scales while cleaning the fish. Most people do not like their texture.
@@balkansavage im from North Carolina we catch trout out of the rivers cut them open pull the guts out throw salt pepper and spices on them cook them and everyone eats theres no scaling them or filleting them involved
