In September of 2022, we set across the Rocky Mountains on a 2500 Mile Road Trip visiting & fishing with local Fly Shops. Our Mission? To highlight small businesses that drive the sport we love: Fly Fishing! Along the way, we got a chance to host meetups in every state - all with the goal to raise money for local conservation organizations & meet some of our fans.
Follow us as we tell the story of 12 unique fly shops, fish the waters surrounding their area, and make our way throughout the Rocky Mountains.

I appreciate the dude from World Class Anglers take on how they treat people. I live in Western NC and fly fish about 3 times a week or more depending on my schedule. The big thing is even though I live in a popular trout fishing area that's very touristy I actually don't have much money. I do a lot of volunteer work (that's my decision) and live a very simple life. Point is, you can fly fish and live the life without having a bunch of money. People with money sometimes don't even get to experience what we poor fly bums get to do because they're too busy supporting their rich life. Keep it simple and enjoy :)

Wyoming is amazing. My husband and I wandered into Pinedale where people still smoke in bars. After grabbing a net at Two Rivers, we continued on our journey to get the Wyoming Cutt Slam after some encouragement from a retired saltwater guide who we shared a campsite with. Four beautiful native fish across western Wyoming... one of my favorite road trips ever.

As a life long fly fisher and a fly shop guy I can’t thank you enough. With the big box stores offering things sometimes at a discount I was around for early 2000’s when fly shops in bigger cities started to disappear or really struggle. It is great to see these places thriving . Best places to learn to cast , to rig leaders correctly and be smart on the water. Good stuff guys. Cant wait to see the next episode

I have personally been into that fly shop and the guys are absolutely awesome. I will however caution every single person fishing in that area. Be very careful of the department of fishing game officers they will try to hem you up and they will give you a ticket for smallest of infractions, without hesitation or evidence. The officers goals are strictly to generate revenue.
