None of these methods worked for me, but thanks for the effort. What did the trick in the end though was that I unistalled the anti-virus that was added during my last windows update

You downloaded here .ddl file that is for x86. so if we have 64-bit PC then we have to go for that option, right?
and plz explain me in what folder we have to put it on, in both syswow64 and system32?

My problem was Microsoft c++ was old just uninstalled onld one and installed new one it worked.
(Note:- Make sure you delete old Microsoft c++)
