GTA V error 0xc000007b FIXED

0xc000007b Error usually occurs when trying to run GTA 5 via Launcher.exe. Windows prompts with message:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
This is DirectX related problem and may occur with many other games as well as any software that utilize GPU. With GTA V, this error is most commonly caused by an outdated version of D3DX9_43.dll library, but this is not always the case.
