    And can we use it to make a pizza crust?

      Yes, you can make Pizza Crust from this dough. Highly recommended as the results are awesome!
      You can try it in the Oven, as we have no previous experience in this regard.

      SAF is the brand name. Yes, SAF instant yeast is Gluten Free.

      IMO, they don’t work! I’ve tried every combination of flours and temperatures etc etc etc. I really have as have my friends. I truly believe it’s clickbait. As I said, just my opinion. Good luck.

      If your pita is not puffing up, it means steam is not getting trapped. It might be because your dough is too dry. All flours have different amounts of moisture because of local humidity. If your flour is very dry, your dough will need more water. Try adding a bit more water to your dough. Try the tortilla trick: as you flatten the soft dough into a disc in your hand, the dough must be malleable and its edges must be smooth. If the edges are crumbling and crack easily, your dough isn't wet enough.
