    the 8th trait when it happens in the evening instead of being tired after whole day can be attempt to process feeling of tiredness through motion, but more motion = more tiredness, so children can make this loop and need to learn evening routine of getting to bed

    Hello!! I've not yet seen your channel until now, having this video show up on my recommend. As someone with autism, I'd love to hear you talk about those with ARFID because I have it as well and I never hear it being talked about really. It'd be very cool to have that Disorder recognized more from a video done by you. If this is something you aren't educated on at all and would prefer not to make a video on due to that, then I completely understand! Thanks for reading! ❤

    Hannah, I didn't even notice the stuttering. You sound fine. And when doing public speaking, which is really what talking in a CZcams video is, non-vocalized pauses are fine when you need to get back on your thought train. The annoying alternative is vocalized pauses - uh, umm, you know, uh but, and umm, like, but like...etc. Oh to have spoken as well as you do when I was seventeen. Your video is well presented.

    I think hyper fixation is more permanent for autism and more changing for adhd. My hyperfixation for music always stayed(autism), while my adhd side gives me lots of side quests

    I have been binging videos like yours about autism for a couple months now since I had two really bad meltdowns at work, that caused me to cry uncontrollably for no reason at that moment. I had to go home because I just couldn't stop for more than a couple seconds. I was so embarrassed as I hadn't experienced that issues in many years, but my work environment has changed and I realized after that it was stressing me out on so many different levels. And when I had a video titled "Autism in Adults" and watched it that was put what really made it all start to click together that I could be autisic myself and no one knew. So now I really do think I could be autistic and its blowing my mind how much of my life and difficulties make sense finally😩. I wish I had known this when I was a kid though.

      The feeling of no one understanding you and you not really understanding yourself can be so hard and isolating. A diagnosis does make it a lot easier even if your not diagnosed with anything because you can begin to understand yourself more and realise why certain things trigger your etc 🦋

    My favourite food is Gratin Dauphinois
    A baked potato side dish that is first boiled in cream an milk with salt pepper sometimes an herb like rosemary or thym, and garlic.
    Some version add cheese but the cream/milk mixture becomes thick while cooking and will brown on top even if no cheese is added

    Is the seventh trait referring to PDA ?

    • @marcywuissomecoded
      @marcywuissomecoded Před 13 dny

      That's a large trait for those with PDA, but an autistic person can have said trait without having PDA. Good question!
