yes you can. there are rubberized parts on contact points that grip better as you sweat.
i think that radar ev is a bike specific eyewear

No these were the smallest you can get of that model (XS, also called Youth).
They usually fit for kids, teenagers and some adults (depending on the head size). The medium size is bigger and fits most adults.
If you usually wear "standard" adult sunglasses sizes the go with the medium.
