      Grains of selim has a musky black peppercorn flavour. You can omit it.

    hello Fafa,
    my question is a little bit away from jollof rice, but will ask anyway...
    which type of cooking oil is most nutritious ; vegetable, sunflower, plant, soya , groundnut or coconut? and why?
    thanks.

    • @NdudubyFafa
      @NdudubyFafa  Před 6 lety +1

      The nutrients of most oils are destroyed when they reach a smoking point and can be harmful when consumed. Each type of oil has varying amounts of fats (Polyunsaturated, Monounsaturated and Saturated fats). Sunflower oil, Groundnut oil, Coconut oil and Avocado oils have high smoking points , which means you don’t loose most of its nutrients. Best to do more research (Google) and make your own informed choice.
