      No he will always be remembered as the traitor who sold out this continent to international interests and waged a war where hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians were burned to death. He will also be remembered for his deliberate starvation of millions of indians whom he regarded as subhumans.
      One day the world will experience a great nationalist revival and traitors and those who cherished them will be brought to justice.

      @@dr.azharmemon6047 Churchill and his government sent millions and millions of tons of grain and supplies to India and the surrounding nations. Most of it was hoarded or sold by corrupt local officials and much sank in a storm (you can look up the contents of cargo ships from Britain to that region during the famine years, the records still exist in public libraries, I have read them myself). After all that loss, Churchill's government couldn't afford to send anymore as the British were starving too... Don't blame Churchill when he did more than enough to try and feed the Asian territories/colonies.

      The Bengal Famine was caused by a cyclone striking at Bengal and the irresponsibility of how to reallocate and ration the food after half of the crops were destroyed. Winston even plead with the United States to send a ship to pick up grain from Australia and send it to Bengal. You can say he had a hand in it, but at least acknowledge that he didn't do it on purpose and attempted to fix the issue.
