🟦 BEST Vegetables for Your Lungs:
    ➡️ 1. Dark Leafy Greens
Dark leafy green vegetables are loaded with nutrients and components that are beneficial for your lungs. Specifically, they contain chlorophyll which helps increase blood flow to the respiratory system. They are also high in antioxidants that help ward off free radicals.
    ➡️ 2. Carrots
Bugs bunny wasn’t wrong after all - eating carrots really is good for your overall health. That is because, carrots contain a large amount of vitamin C, lycopene, and carotenoids. Studies found that carotenoids can reduce the risk of lung cancer in those who smoke cigarettes.
    ➡️ 3. Garlic
Garlic is another vegetable that reduces inflammation in the body. Not only does it reduce inflammation, it also possesses antiseptic properties that help the body ward off infections. One study indicated that consuming raw garlic could reduce the lung cancer rate in smokers by 40%.
    ➡️ 4. Onions
They're good because they can reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol, and even help fight off infections. Reduced inflammation provides a boost to your entire cardiopulmonary system, which is great for both your heart and your lungs.
    ➡️ 5. Chili Peppers
Chili peppers are frequently used Mexican cuisine and other cultures around the world. Not only does it add a spicy jolt to your food, consuming chili peppers helps to stimulate healthy secretions within the body that protect mucus membranes.
    ➡️ 6. Edamame
Edamame is a preparation of immature soybeans in the pod and is a common cuisine that originated in East Asia. Edamame is good for your lungs because the beans contain a compound called isoflavones.
➡️ 7. Fruits High in Antioxidants
Yes, I do realize that fruits are not vegetables. Fruits are fruits. But it is worth mentioning them here in this video because they can also provide some great benefits for your lungs.
🚨 Which Foods Should You Avoid?
Here's a simple rule of thumb: Any food that causes inflammation can be harmful for the lungs. This is especially true if you suffer from asthma, COPD, or other respiratory conditions.

Do anyone still doubt natural herbs? I've seen the great importance of natural herbs and the wonderful work they have done in people's lives. I wonder why people still spend their money on surgery, injections and drugs each time they are sick. Natural herbs can cure all kinds of illness including herpes, diabetics, asthma, Cancer, hepatitis, etc. I've seen it with my own eyes. I was cured of Irritable bowel syndrome and my Sister and her Husband were cured of herpes by dr Osemuahu who uses natural herbs to cure different kind of illness. Bombay curry mix is one if my favourites right now.
