- We built the world's smallest gas powered go kart! This tiny go kart weighs less than 40 pounds, and fits in a carry on suitcase! For the first time, we attempt to fly with a go kart with our suitcase go kart as our carry on luggage. This tiny go kart uses dolly wheels from tractor supply, a 97cc 3 horsepower OHV engine, and more to get its overall size close to one cubit foot.

You guys have built some crazy stuff but this one beats all. Pretty amazing what the three of you can do.
As it turns out a folding wheelie bar with a skateboard wheel will prevent those backflips. Also I was thinking that the footpegs would be more comfortable in front of the axle and they could literally fold over the engine and beside the seat and the actual pegs would fit behind the seat. I think that a telicosopic handlebar that is above the knees seems more practical and comfy. Loved the build and I subscribed...

Get into 1/5 to 1/4 rc. Four stroke Honda weed Wacker engine, two speed trans, full suspension. I believe if y'all set your heart on it you might build a prototype of the best funnest rc ever!. Seriously. All the two stroke brands and knockoffs suck. C'mon Man. Lol.

You could have built this car into the case itself, added a telescopic luggage handle. Then made the top removable and designed lockable front wheels serving as rollers in "luggage mode", sticking through the bottom-half of the case.
Then you'd have a one-piece transformer.

You guys are getting really good at concept to completion now, some huge milestones since your first videos especially John. Mustie 1 restored a fold-in/out suitcase mini-bike, you ride the actual suitcase! A go cart is a spectacular idea.

So cool. It looks like it means business, which is something I really like about your small builds. Not too surprised they let you bring it in the hold - I've also flown with contraptions in checked baggage, just make everything super obvious (label what it is) and be helpful and respectful. Before the TSA ban on electric skateboards I flew a couple times with my home-built electric longboard (battery pack came with me as per requirements, rest went in the hold).
Maybe one of your best builds in a while. It's totally ridiculous....but that's what's great.

Very cool, Guys! Great build. I liked hou you solved the frame flex ny making the engine a stressed member. This is a great inspiration to build a "traveling kart". I thought the vintage Grand Prix minibike i have been working on was tiny. That's my traveling wheels for now. This thing is very cool! I like it!

Now we need a gas powered ice chest, with some sand tires and cold beer. Must have mounted umbrella on the ice chest for shade. Maybe a pop up back rest too 😁

It was amazing to see you complete such a task. Only thing I could recommend is maybe some foot pegs that could be removed during shipping.
If you use the hair pins that are used to hold farm implements on tractors they're a lot easier to pull off or put into place, and they make some very small versions that you can get at Tractor Supply, are probably any farm supplies across the country.
Very kool y'all have successfully out done yourselves in a big way, even for such a tiny creation that it is.

You should put some extensions for the legs and some type of attachable or foldable steering column lol. It'll look like a little brick with tires until you start unfolding lol. Awesome Build!
