Last nights conditioning was some kettlebell complexes/flows. This one will smoke 💨 you as the sets are 4 minutes long 🔥
▶️ Single Arm Alt. KB Rows x 6/side
▶️ H2H Swings x 6/side
▶️ Clean/Squat/Rotational Press x 6/side
▶️ Clean to Reverse Lunge x 6/side
▶️ Single Arm Snatches x 6/side
Rest up to 2 mins and repeat for 4-6 rounds.
