@@VicariousxD If only it was that simple. I cannot get the app to connect wirelessly either. My network is working properly and other webcam apps work wirelessly so I know the computer and phone can see each other.

Same thing happens to me, everything is installed, but the Mac screen where the camera should be displayed is black
i´m streaming with OBS and i always see the icons (menu) on the cam. not only on my phone, i also see it on my mac.

I have the paid version… only works wired, but that’s not a huge deal-what’s really annoying is I can’t get rid of the stuff on the sides of the screen. Like, the little settings gear wheel and other tap-able things don’t go away when I start recording and I can’t figure out how to banish them. So I’m gonna have to crop anything I record with it or it’ll have a super intrusive watermark. How do I make it go away?
How do I save the zoom settings so it shows my face not my whole room? Currently using the pro version with the back camera toward me so can’t see the screen, having to guess every time what the zoom should be before I try it out, not great for a quick call. Am I missing a setting?

Hello! I just bought the epoccam and it can be used over USB and WIFI on 640x480 but when I select NDI to use fullHS it just stays in "connecting to your computer" Any idea of what I can do? or what I am doing wrong? (windows 10, last iTunes installed, all up to date, pro version paid)

I have an older iPhone....an iPhone 5s to be exact. Running iOS 12.4 which I believe is the latest iOS available on that device. I'm wondering if I can still utilize your software to use my old iPhone as a WebCam. Is there an older version of the software that would still be compatible. I'm using a newer 2020 MacBook Air M1. I have purchased the pro version of EpoCam previously, in the old days I believe it was referred to as the HD version. Just trying to determine which plug-in might be compatible to allow at full operation via USB or wireless etc. One last question do I even need the EpocCam viewer anymore? I could use my iPhone XS but trying to repurpose my old phone to keep my new phone at my side during online meetings.
I've just started using this. I am with the free version for now but can't zoom in and out as the video shows. The video shows this function before talking about the extra features of the paid version. So I'm wondering why I don't see that icon on the right menu in my phone. I'm using it with Zoom app.

I have two computers installed with the epoccam windows driver and the epoccam viewer. When epoccam is being run on my IOS device, one of the computer immediately picked up the signal and the other computer just doesn't work. Is there a solution to this? And sometimes, USB connection does not work on indivial phones, but I cannot figure out why.
Will it have zoom and focus capabilities? Ani how do you stop from turning off and cutting off the stream. Not worth the $8 if I have to rest the camera every 30 seconds...

I am using an iphone SE and have trouble maintaining focus. I use it for performing online (Zoom or Ecamm) and I get a clear image to start but it often gets pixellated after some period of time and I have to 'reset' it by tapping 'done' in advanced settings. (The settings always look fine) Then it refocuses and is a great image again. It says 'focus locked' down at the bottom right but something seems to 'go off'' periodically mid video ... ? Frustrating.

I have venture in my laptop and wants to use EpocCam with laptop and IPhone 14. I installed the app on iPhone and when I start zoom with EpocCam then latency is very much. Then I installed camera hub on Mac. With this I can use iPhone as webcam but in zoom it’s not working. Even with usb cable it’s not working

I wanted to try to get the EpocCam app working because I paid for it. I’ve been using it fine since April but recently it started being really laggy and freezing. 😕 idk why. I used to connect with WiFi. But even if I use the USB cable it still freezes.
i got the pro version of this app but i still dont have access to the wide lens, green screen, HDR stuff (i have an iphone SE 2020 current OS) 😢....i even tried reinstalling selecting windows OS to use (i dont think it matters)

no matter what i do i can't get my iphone to pick up audio. The picture works great and shows up when I stream but you can't hear anything I say. is it just me (I'm a geek ok) I have downloaded the latest driver) I'm on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. NDI video monitor is the only thing that sees my iPhone 12 Pro connected to the iMac via lightning cable. No matter how many times I've restarted the computer I open Zoom and it WILL NOT see epoccam. I've tried every troubleshooting option. I've opened up OBS Studio and it sees it. But I had bought OBS Camera minutes before buying EpocCam pro and nothing seems to work HELP

are you in the same wifi network? Or might be that your computer is really slow picking it up, it might be solved using a cable.
