They're not even fans! They'll sell his autograph online because they're too lazy to get jobs.
I wouldn't call it laziness dude. There aren't that many great jobs out there, the competition is getting fiercer and the pay ain't that good. Only the fortunate survive. That's why they call it the rat race.
no hassle no it's laziness. In George Lucas' words: they're beggers
true, but so are homeless people.
no hassle It still doesn't give them the right to exploit celebrities.
@@davidcope393 These ebayers need a real fucking job instead. They are ripping fans off by charging $200+ for a Harrison Ford autograph.
Alternate title: “Harrison Ford is gracious and accommodating towards irritating erratic fans”
"..erratic vultures*"
But would that get views?
As an actual fan, an autographed raiders poster would obviously be cool, but if I had to pick one, I'd take a pic with the guy and frame it
I couldn't imagine being bothered by people at that level. Must be annoying.
Not fans, business men
I cant believe how poorly they treat such a legendary actor.
"Everybody's allowed to get you." He's a human being not a zoo exhibit. These parasites are truly awful.
Oh ffs grow up. Your pathetic celeb simping needs to end mate, really it does, his 💩 stinks likes yours does
I agree 100%. He doesn't have to sign anything or acknowledge anyone. I'd be pissed if I had posters, cards etc. shoved in my face.
He looks pissed and very annoyed
I wouldn't mind signing autographs for people in public like that. But it's the entitlement of some people like this guy filming that gets me. He reminds me of what are known as frauditors that go around harassing police officers and other government workers, and filming in areas they shouldn't be to get them to react in a certain way for their video content.
if he wasn't a legendary actor it'd be alright
He handled that crowd 10 times better than I would have
Probably you woulda handled that crowd like Ip Man handled those poor 10 black belts!
"How's the weather today"
That's the dumbest question I have ever heard.
@Rough Sleeper Yeah Arnold is a real scumbag.
What a stupid ass question lol
Paparazzi and these idiots are on the same wavelength.
Fuck that question
It establishes a light and breezy mood, if someone ask some drooling fan boy question or got over excited he'd bail. Asking about the weather keeps things casual, like "how are you doing today".
That’s harassment.

I'm with Ford on this. People have made the whole business of getting autographs feel like a dirty thing. If I'm ever lucky enough to meet any of my favorite actors I'm just going to tell them I enjoy your work. Then go on with my life.
If he does sign something for you...

Because it is a dirty thing. Knw why they are using blue instead of black? Because they can reproduce them and make them look more authentic. So they dont want the autographs for them -they want to duplicate and sell them online. Thats whats so sad.
He’s a genuinely nice guy and they were exploiting his good nature. He doesn’t have to sign autographs and it’s a shame that these scenes will rob genuine fans of getting a chance in future. Shame on them and fair play to Harrison and his incredible tolerance. Indiana Jones would have been pissed!
these losers are selling these signed autographs on ebay I bet
Harrison Ford has been a hero of mine since I was a kid and is one of my all time favorite action heroes (along with Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis and Clint Eastwood). I’d be scared AF asking him for an autograph or even just saying hi to him

Truth be told, he likes the attention. Not everyday, in-your-face bombardment of cameras, questions and autograph seekers, but those occasional times when people come up to him and give him some attention. It tells him that he's still relevant and feeds his ego.
That was rude of fans to stalk Harrison Ford. A true fan of him would respect his privacy and let him be.
They're not even fans they're just paparazzi autograph hounds
Also true fans would show up at an appropriate event that he is at and get his autograph not stock him on the street when he’s trying to live his life.
kasser33 I agree with that, they should leave Harrison Ford alone and allow him to enjoy his privacy.
My dad actually. I live in Long Island, NY and my dad saw Ford eating in the same diner as him once. I don’t know what Harrison was doing down here on the island lol. But my dad decided it was best to just leave him be and let him eat in peace.

As far as being harassed, truth be told, he likes the attention - like most actors - i.e., having people come up to him asking for his autograph, yelling his name. That's one of the reasons they become an actor.
All these autographs likely went up on Ebay not long after this - those are definitely not fans, but "hustlers" avoiding honest work.
It starts with "please Mr. Ford" and then quickly turns into "hey Harrison!"
Bloody hell. Imagine living your life like this. I think we all wish we were rich and famous until you see all these people harassing you every second of every day.

I feel sorry for people that are famous and have to go this! Having total strangers come up to you and invade your personal space and go through this strange ritual of having to write your name on photos or books or posters or other strange/irrelevant objects ( like the guitar pick guard in this video ). I'm sure the famous people are grateful for the positive vibes by the true fans for the most part, but at the same time they can't tell if people want autographs just to sell on Ebay to make a quick buck, or if they are real supporters. I'm sure that most famous people are nice under normal circumstances, but they are forced to be defensive and sometimes hostile when they are followed everywhere they go in their private lives by people who want to shove a piece of paper and pen in their faces ( and then their hostile behaviour becomes a viral video on CZcams ). Several years ago I asked a famous hockey player for an autograph, and I'll never forget the sour look he gave me. I've never asked for or wanted anyone's autograph since then. It just seems like they are being drained of positive energy whenever they sign autographs.
depends on how and where you ask. Sports guys are by and large dicks, always have been. Outside of NY and LA its not as chaotic. Harrison is a big name doesn't live there, so when he is there, he gets hit up. thats how it is.

The price you pay for being a celebrity
lol, yeah, you go and feel sorry for someone who has made $230 million because fans went to the cinema and watched his movies, bought DVDs... then had the cheek to ask him to take a pen and sign his name. And what if they do sell them? Harrison Ford worked out a deal where he made MILLIONS from getting a percentage of Star Wars action figures and toys. Some of these guys are only doing the same... making money. If people want to buy signed memorabilia from them then so be it, they've clearly seen an opportunity the same way he did thru merchandise. People feeling sorry for celebrities, give me a break.

We started talking and he motioned me to follow him into the hangar to show me his other planes and helicopter. We must have talked for 30 minutes before his wife and a couple people showed up. I thanked him for the time and he said thanks for mine. We exchanged phone numbers and he said “ let’s go flying sometime “. I didn’t run up to him like a crazy fan or make him uncomfortable. I knew who it was and knew his plane because in the industry we meet well known people and know who is a pilot or who has a certain tail number etc. I haven’t flown with him but he did send me a text several weeks later telling me he was going to be in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for the July 4th holiday and wanted to know if I was coming through that area. I was flying several trips from my home in Colorado to different places but Jackson Hole wasn’t on my list. Eventually it will happen but I’m not worried.
