how do you patch asm codes? mkds modding wiki says you need a fork of new super mario bros editor by szymbar but i cant find it
I havnt a clue, however most AR codes are acessed by your method of playing's cheats menu.

Which hack is the best and works on original hardware?
I don't like the goofy hacks, is there something that expands the original, like adding tracks, characters while staying as faithful as possible!
CTGP-Nitro is probably what you are looking for, I think an old hack called 'Mario kart First' also has an additional cup system, it's tracks are very old.
Most the other hack mentioned in this video are ROM hacks that replace some or all the original tracks with CTs, They should all play like MKDS (apart from FZero DSX) and should all yield entertainment so you should look at them anyway.

Hi, I'm the creator of mario kart ds deluxe, I liked your video, I just didn't like how you used my hack to do your games, at the time I made this hack I was feeling depressed and it was hacking this game that it made me better, I was just a beginner in the Mario Kart DS rom hacks at the time, and it's very clear that it was just a beta, so it was assumed that it would have bugs, I understand the criticisms, I just don't understand because using my hack as a joke, it was because of this type of thing that I stopped making mario kart ds hacks, because these types of comments discourage me from continuing, especially as I was at the time, as a CZcamsr you should know How I feel, I didn't come to fight or anything, I just wanted to say how I felt if you watched your video.
