  • I think I got it sounding better. Thank you to Brian, who commented on the previous video with his suggestion on how this can be made to sound some-what decent. Appriciated.

    I'm running 8 Motorola 3x7" piezos in a DIY with four 15's. I managed to Tame them by hooking them up through the inner matrix of my series parallel wiring between the woofers. No crossover, no L-pad adjustments, and they get along just fine. The woofers roll off at 3khz, and the piezos roll in at 2khz with a fairly smooth transition. I kinda like this way, nice & simple.

    The biggest sound improvement you can do on piezo tweeters is: leave the room 😂

    I appreciate your efforts, but to my ears the hi-hats still sound distorted/awful no matter which resistor you use
