OMG OMG OMG. kitchen sink clogged (for 3 days now -slow draining went to no draining ( I don’t cook so it’s NOT fat/grease/shortening/oil etc etc). Tried EVERYTHING. Even the old hanger thing. Watched this vid thinking “no way”. Used an 8 ounce water bottle ONCE.......seriously I can’t believe it. As a not-so-young female I’ve been soooo over charged for locksmith, toilet replacement and plumber (my last house) and just dreading the cost of plumber here and still in disbelief that this worked. This is amazing! A friend was helping me today, and this opened a sink with 6 inches if water in a matter of seconds. I had just ordered a sink plunger from Amazon moments earlier, and I came across this video. I had planned on calling a plumber if the sink plunger failed. Drain openers poured in did nothing in 24 hours. Thank you for sharing this incredible technique.

It Worked! First I tried the other method - baking soda & vinegar with no luck (2x) - then I found your post and gave it a try. On a double sink (no garburator). I folded a paper towel to mimic a plug, and held it down on one sink while using the bottle on the other. Oh the simplicity! Not even 2 minutes and the sink/drain was clear. You're a keeper!
I have a dual sink and this trick worked great. I stopped up one side and pumped twice and the whole system drained so smoothly I thought I was going to World 1-2.

Thank you so much! I had a blocked bathroom basin for a whole day. I took apart the pipes underneath & they were all clean. I was stressed all day at the thought of having to spend money on a plumber. I watched your video at 10.30pm & used a large soda water bottle as a plunger. The basin water drained within 30secs. I used your method and it worked after the first bottle of water was pulsed down the kitchen sink. Did it a few more times until the plastic bottle was no longer any good. My sink was not as clogged as yours. Very happy with the outcome. Thank You very much.

I was skeptical, but after reading soooo many positive reviews. I had to try it. The first 4 attempts didnt work. Then I realized i needed to plug the other drain. I have the double bowl type. After plugging the drain it only took 2 pumps and done!!!

I only had a thicker plastic bottle so I did similar, hot water to bottle and I pumped once by pushing the middle of the bottle, repeated several, like 10 to 20 times...nothing happened that I cld see ...but the water drained slowly/eventually...today tho, all water drains straight away and doesn flow up the other side of sink...Subbed as Thank You!!

Brilliant!! Thank you so much. I tried sink unblocking detergents, bleach hot water etc and was without a plunger, tried this with a milk carton worked a treat after a couple of goes on a stubbornly blocked bathtub, one thing I will say is cover the over flow drainage hole at top of sink/bathtub, if you have one, to stop watershooting back up through that, I just covered with a sponge. What a life saver you are, thanks again 👍👍👍
BRILLIANT.. in UK and I used a two pint milk cartoon on my bathroom sink.. plugged up the little hole with a cloth, pushed down hard and WHOOOSH.. it was gone.. first time..!! Thanks :)

I’ll be dayum. This technique immediately unclogged the kitchen sink on the garbage disposal side! Thankyou! I only had to push twice. I filled the sink with 1/4 cup dawn and a large pot of hot boiling water. The drain is now functioning.

It worked really well. I had used caustic soda and hot water but it didn’t clear. But I used a plastic bottle (well, 2 bottles😃) but first blocked the overflow outlet. Thanks a lot. I didn’t have a plunger but this is brilliant!

This worked great for me! I used almost a whole container of Draino with no results. I used a 1 liter plastic bottle and it took me 4 times of filling it with hot water and squeezing really hard ( I was not strong enough to push down on the bottle like in the video) and my drain just clear out.
