    Whether DMT is involved or not, I practice these holotropic breathing exercises and breath holds, I’m able to hold my breath for 4 minutes. All I can say is that it’s an otherworldly experience. It’s fantastic.

    As a respiratory therapist I find it fascinating how what we can control as in breath can really change a person's status in their health as far as asthma, or any other respiratory illness. Breath work is an untapped resource.

    Soma breath = 60-90 secs holding your breath that triggers intermittent hypoxia = access to Brain Gamma waves accessing superconscious = release bliss molecules called anandamide (natural occurring cannabinoid in our brain) Wala !!! stoned happy days, lol.

    Well, your guided breathing videos make my mind calm. I feel peaceful. DMT, NO DMT, does not matter, after a few months, you are a better person and thats what matters.

    Even if a very small amount of DMT is released, it could have a positive effect on a person's empathy. I've definitely noticed my empathy has grown. This is common among those that have taken DMT. I've taken both DMT and 5-MEO-DMT. The latter really emphasized oneness/connection with all beings. This, for me, helped my empathy grow.
    Even if no DMT is released, breathwork, for me, has opened the door to deeper levels of consciousness and other dimensions.

    It does release DMT. If you do it right, your heart and brain may start to slow down and your body will think you're dying so it will start to exert DMT naturally.

    I experience that when I follow my personal desire for getting something special out of a breath, it just doesn't happen. But when I let go and wait for the right moment by listening mindfully to my whole being, intuitive intelligence sends some kind of message, and then when jumping into doing an exercise, it always results in a new and sometimes profound experience that leads to another bit of wisdom. So I say one can't willfully get something out of controlling ones being, but one can play along with being and over time get closer to a natural flow of life. There is a will, but it's not mine 🙂

    I have watched some DMT trip reviews and a common trait is the ringing in the ears.
    Then I did Wim Hoff and noticed how my ears ring louder and louder with each round - that's why I'm looking for evidence that it releases DMT
    Plus yeah, I think we can all agree, it's the purest high that you can find

    Deep meditation gives a natural high, makes your perception far richer and more lucid, as well as more centred, clarifying and calming. Might not be DMT like, not that I've tried that, but very worthwhile and life enhancing. Releases natural feel good endorphins into the system that do you a power of good.

    You can squeeze it out by squinting in just the right way, sun gazing eyes open. Phone off. In tje woods. By yourself. Not even your dog BY YOURSELF means just that. It raises your frequency which raises your consciousness, vantage point and brain activity. From here you can keep going or you can enjoy where you're at. Create a wave of momentum and ride it out. Stay in front and you can't get tired.

    Look up Dr Joe Dispenza he's a neuroscientists & he's got a breathing technique that he uses during his meditations to help the body release DMT. He's an expert on the pineal gland as well. Tons of info w him explaining all this

    I had some DMT experiences before. I just did your 9 round video full and i got to say that with the last 2min retention and the last breath in hold (held it as long as possible) you definitely see and feel mildly similarities!

    Hello to both of you. Almost through with your book. Dr. Hubermann should breath more he his to alienated. What i have been doing for years is pranayama and can only recommend that to anyone. The indians knew the secrets of prana afes ago. 🙏Warm regards and remember your breath. Its the most valuable thing you have. Once it's gone you are gone. 🕉️

    The answer is yes. I've done DMT and on a separate occasion, after laying still for over 2 hours and only focusing on my breathing, I had an experience that was identical to my DMT experience. I just never "took off" through the Kaleidoscope of light like the time I did 5 meo.

    Its called a headrush man,when we were bored kids we would hyper ventilate for a minute sitting down then stand up and catch a big headrush and fall to the ground in the ozone

    If you have had the experience before then should it follow that through hypnosis it can be recreated...at will? Also, if you can describe, in detail, the experience, can then it be recreated in another human being? That last part would be the absolute hardest. Just some thoughts

    Was sitting up resting my head on my hand on my bed in Delaware one afternoon, wasn't tht tired.. started falling thru a worm hole like tunnel( bunch of spiral colors)...nxt thing I remember is being underground...noticed a bunch cages stacked on top of each other with people in them...confused a lil so I pulled my concious back thru the worm hole & sat in bed all night thinking bout it...btw I can pull myself out of dreams by straining/ pulling the area behind my ears(making my ears/eyebrows move)... anybody else?
    Btw my initials are DMT, left handed, triple leo, & born w/ 6 fingers on each hand(granny removed them wi/ string)....not sure if any of this matters 🙄

      Try holding that last breath for awhile instead of exhaling it immediately and you'll REALLY trip.

    Doesn't work. The only thing it does is almost make you pass out. Some people hallucinate. I work in corrections. The youth inmates do it all the time to get high. take a bunch of breaths fast and then hold the last breath in while another youth pushes on his chest as he holds the last breath in. A kid also stands behind him to hold him up as he releases the last breath he literally passes out for about 30 seconds. Some kids go into shock the whole time. They don't remember what happened but they all say it feels good when they wake up.

    Breathe work alone , not from my experience but I have had a natural DMT trip with Transcendental meditation and breath work. The space between breaths alongside the death of the ego.
    Thing is the natural DMT trip is way longer without being blasted into space when vaping synthetic DMT
    Look for a TM teacher and practice group in your area.
    And to be honest, TM is the best and easiest because you don’t think or visualize anything. You become nothing

    Most of these DMt breath videos are garbage. The kundalini method that Dr Joe Dispenza has popularized is how you break through
    Edit : you use your muscles in your core, pelvic region, in conjunction with the breath to push cerebral spinal fluid to the top of the spine . The pineal gland has crystals in it, when force is applied to these crystals they release a magnetic field (they’re piezoelectric) , and you start to produce amazing chemicals. Joe Dispenza has an amazing breakdown of it on a show of his.
