Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are no power real. And the door for the bathroom. My likes are the storage inside and the floorolan and the the rail by the door you come in by the dinette. And the table that’s in the middle of the drivers and passenger side. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
Beautiful home and colors and like the closet...yes I think they did more bedroom hanging if you wanted to not block work areas in walk in...i think less drawers in there but maybe if you just hang things to dry in there that do not go in dryer that works. Personally not a fan of that trim those poked out cubist things...just reminds me of the "bad" belts of late 90's and early 2000's appx. Still a lovely motorhome.

I love the color of the cabinets and other woodwork in the coach. I just like Newmar coaches in general. I don’t think I’ve seen one yet that I didn’t like.😊
This is just another opinion. If you have someone else with you, maybe a child or another adult, it would be nice to have that extra big closet! Some of these Floorplans might be for some but not others. Although it would be nice to have a small office area. I would just wind up using the dinning area. That would work for me. My big thing is having a bath and a half! I believe that is necessary even if there are only two people there!
Finally, a quality unit from Newmar and notice Newmar used a 26K chassis under it where Fleetwood and Thor would use a 22K or maybe, maybe a 24K chassis. Forget Fleetwood and Thor and go with a Newmar that will not start to fall apart after 6 months if not sooner, you will be much happier and be able to enjoy your new RV.
It's decent. The layout is ok but the bed room could of been done better to give you room to walk around, move easier And a desk would have helped or the bed having a way to move up. The colors for me were to dark unless you had better lighting. Lighting is key in a RV.
Agreed - the carpet is gross especially since it seems more like a shag carpet. Lots of gunk would get trapped in it. Also don't love interiors that are all brown. Would be nice if they could lighten things up a little.
Dislikes- dinette, furniture, no pwr reel, limited counter space in kitchen. Likes- storage, pantry, drawers in bathroom, closets. I like that there isn't an additional bathroom.
Likes: the rail at the entrance, kitchen counter space, long drawers under the dinette, and stackable washer and dryer.. Dislikes: some of the extra space could've been used for a bunkhouse, half bath, no oven, and cupholder/table between cabin chairs. The latter may hamper me in getting to the bathroom quickly.
Its disappointing that an RV that size does not have an oven below the stove. I know there is a convection microwave but I still want that traditional oven. The on4 in my RV doubles as storage. Also, they should have swapped out 2 of those super shallow drawers for on deep drawer for pots snd higher profile kitchen appliances. Would also like to see higher and wider exterior storage. Our folding ebikes would never fit in there.
The carpet is a no go especially in the front. No work station for passenger. The beveled woodwork seems like it is not necessary and not sure what it is adding. Seems like the dollars for that could have been allocated to the front work station.
I love the fiberglass roof and awesome ladder👍but I was not impressed to see a $289,000 MSRP RV with outdated carpet in the slides, a cheap jackknife sofa and a decades old uncomfortable “Denny’s” diner booth dinette😢
This is my least favorite newmar. The interior is, I don’t want to say hideous, but, it’s kinda hideous. Who thought the pointy turtle shell trim was a good idea. The colors are tired, the big bulky dog house in the cab is an eyesore and trip hazard. The floor plan is okay. I like the designated laundry area and closet, but I agree a desk area in the bedroom would have been nice. Oh, and the carpet on the slide. 👎🏻 Other than that, it’s good. 😉
cool layout...love the back closet with the washer dryer...the surge protector looks like it was installed by a 3 year old. The drawers in back look CHEAP when opening and closing..this thing is about 175k overpriced...no thanks
