pretty impressive that a 17 inch laptop weighs less than 3 lbs. was looking at a Macbook pro 16 for travel but it weighs a hefty 4.6 lbs. This 17 inch screen will be nice to watch Netflix etc. while traveling :)
Hi, nice vid. After real world use how many hours do you get. Did you manage to do a movie playback test (streaming or file), how many hours based on usage? And is the fan always on and when does it usually turn on and is it quite when it does? Thanks
The fan is usually very quiet. It only came on when I was editing a video. In real life use, I get 7-8 hours of battery life on full brightness. Definitely not the 18 hours they claim but still pretty impressive.
The area above the F keys gets really hot when I use it for a few hours nonstop (mostly when I'm on youtube or watching TV shows). I'm thinking of returning it seeing that I can't find a solution for this problem.
No, I haven’t had difficulty with it fitting in backpacks. It’s on the larger side so won’t fit inside the sleeve, but fits in the normal backpack pocket. Battery life is really good, internet browsing I get 5-6 hours easily.

I bought LG Gram 16 11th Gen i7 1165g7, 16gig/512 gig in India, I have touchpad issues, it is somewhat of a hit and miss with taps. Do you face issues with touchpad?

I bought this laptop yesterday, and indeed is VERY light. I can put in on top of 2 fingers without any problem.

should've waited for a week . new one recently launched with 12th gen processor will go on sale sometime next week

The new one apparently has a matte screen. That's what I've been waiting for. Can't take all the reflections of the glossy.

Where does the power input goes? I didn't see the standard pin input. Also, the power brick seems very small.
