Ah I remember going to West Coast Computer Fair back in the 90's where WordPefect boldly stated that they surpass Wordstar as the leading word processor. Little did they know that Microsoft will flex their monopolistic power on them.

Very nice, definitely looking forward to eventually seeing more YAHDI stuff and Win95 stuff as well. Something I think is worth trying when you do get to Win95 is trying to run PC-98 DOS games from within Windows. It's pretty hit or miss just like on an IBM, running from pure DOS works a lot better but it's still kinda interesting imo. Btw, out of curiosity have you tried to see if the joystick adapter works on this model yet?

I haven't had a chance to try the joystick adapter yet, it's definitely on the list for the next video.

@@ReesRambles Ah okay, I mentioned that because idk if it requires a machine with built-in sound to have a YM2608 chip specifically or if it will work with the YMF288 as well. I have no idea one way or the other but the thought just came to mind. And if you're wondering, the analog game port only works with Windows stuff.
