- Hi Guys! Today's video I'm taking you along with me to get my Uconnect Infotainment console fixed. Apparently, if you have a Dodge between the years 2016 - 2018, you may have an issue with your Uconnect. Good news is, I got mine fixed absolutely FREE! Here's the number to call if you're having issues with your Uconnect:{ ➡️ 1800-826-6632 ⬅️ }. Make sure you have the last 8 of your VIN number ready.
Also, more good news, it was announced earlier this year that there would be a new & improved Uconnect system coming soon:

Have you had any issues with your replacement unconnect. I’m getting mine replaced Saturday thanks for the help my man. I was just gonna leave it but then it started switching screen back and forth while driving it’s so distracting driving
My Man came across this blog and ya man my Chrysler 300 2018 uconect looks like it’s melting heh. The radio would start switching stations it would even call numbers out my contacts,, Imma call the number you provided and see if they will fix mine. Hopefully it will go threw and I’ll save $1500 on buying a new radio system. Thanks for the info

Called them with this same situation and had to go through a bunch of hoops but at the end of it My radio was finally replaced. glad I came across this video thanks a lot for all your help.
This absolutely worked. My case manager just called and told me the new radio is on order and they are paying for it. Thanks again for the video and information.

Thanks for this video my friend. My Uconnect started ghosting yesterday on my 2018 Scat Pack. Had no idea what was going on. Called the number you provided and got a case number. Heading to the dealership on Monday so they can confirm the issue. Will update progress. Thanks again.
I have a 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee that has a screen bubble. The whole system is messed up
My 2017 dodge charger does it soooo much it’s so annoying it presses so much stuff the whole top left portion of the screen that I can’t even listen to music without it pressing redial or connection to usb 2 or a bunch of other stuff depending on what page I’m on just soo annoying when you pay so much for a car

2018 Dodge Charger, had the issue with mine since I bought it. Hoping to get it fixed soon.

Thanks so much for the info. I have a 2017 charger and they just replaced my radio free of charge. The first one was replaced while under warranty. Hope this one lasts
