And you spend A LOT of money there. Ate there a little while ago and the veal parm was like $90. Insane that it would come out anything but perfect at that price.

You should use a different word other than beyond. It makes it seem like you’re saying that the heat level above room temperature is disgusting when you’re literally saying that is your preferred temperature.
I don’t want to be pretentious about this but I feel like these days I really have to be amazed by what I eat to feel like paying for those prices is worth it. And pasta, no matter how good it is, just isn’t worth what they charge…
Agreed. While I recognize that fresh made pasta and great pasta sauce are a skill and art in of themselves, and can be amazing, it's still just pasta at those prices. My friend has always said "I'm not paying $20 for fucking spaghetti" and while that's reductive, It's stuck with me because it's true. I'm Asian and I'm not paying $20 for a rice dish no matter how amazing it is. I'm not talking about pasta or rice dishes that have expensive ingredients, like lobster or truffles or whatever. You're essentially just paying for those items. But heirloom rice with organic vegetables is still just a rice dish, no matter how delicious. That and pasta aren't worth paying $20+ for, in my opinion.
I wouldn’t call that pretentious at all I would actually just say you’re being smart/reserved with your money. Everything is so expensive these days I don’t blame you for being very particular and picky about what you choose to spend a hefty amount on.
It’s actually more of a 6.7, warm fresh mozzarella has no real flavor difference from cold. The parm was a nice touch but you can get the wedge of the same reggiano at Whole Foods for less
I love Italian food but almost all Italian restaurants here in NYC are ridiculously overpriced and overrated. You can make all these dishes at home and its pretty easy
Because for us it’s like regular food because we can get most of the food whenever, in Italy everytime I’ve seen a show or documentary they take food very seriously. Learn before speaking
Italian is of the most overrated cuisines imo. Asia and the Caribbean exist and not enough people talk about it when it comes to food, yet people obsess over 100 different ways to make pasta
hi kev! been watching your videos for so long that I've literally finished the whole catalogue of the videos. they pair really well while having my bland ass meals! 😃👍
Ate there last year and while it was all pretty good, for the price I was generally unimpressed. The place prices its food based on the fact that everybody on instagram wants to eat there.
There was this hotel or restaurant. It made the news. But they were charging 30 bucks for a pasta dish and they were using Trader Joe's 5 buck FROZEN pasta! Glad they got exposed but I can't remember the name
If I'm spending 💰, my food better be HOT when I get it. I hate when I get a plate of food and its room temperature. It's disgusting.

Right he should’ve sent it back to be made fresh .

Yeah, with pasta, I never go with something I could make at home

Fr a big portion of Olive Garden is just as good as going to some fancy restaurant
The place that makes their food from a bag? Yeah I'm sure it tastes the same 😂@@370zenjoyer8

I'm not with him for his little journey... keep it in the car
Got you to 170
The grandma bread did make me cream is crazyyyy💀💀💀😂
........IS CRAZY.
8.6 is such a honest and yet accurate score. Another great vid
For room temperature for food? No thanks.

@@scotttenerman9191It does have a different taste from the usual American mozzarella though

I never understood why Italian food is expensive, it’s the easiest type of food you can make

Food always needs to be hot when I get it especially if I’m eating at the actual restaurant
Cuzzy keeps it real ! Which I appreciate and respect . Best Italian in all of NY is Don Peppe!
I appreciate the honesty ✌🏻
It feels weird not seeing him in a car and blurting out “daddy”
Right?! 😅
And him saying it makes him cream
Thanks for your honesty
Love your videos brother
Italian food is the best, but I agree most of the food you can easily make at home for half the price, that tiramisù looked 🔥
Is this your usual car or did you get a new one?
NYC USA the center is the universe for hype. You can automatically discount whatever a New Yappa says on anything.

Thank you for being honest
It was def in the 9’s 10-15 years ago, but everyone caught up and innovated around them.
The food looks delicious 😋 I'd love to go here

Perfect video showing a dude who was raised from a wealthy family
I love their food. I would rank it 8/10
Day 2 of asking you to try primos food market please!!
They need better and speedy staff so the food doesn’t go cold.
Look very different standing up and out of your car, lol
Love your content though
I haven’t gone to a restaurant in a long time I should go out when I have some spending money

Is this the place that Drake mentions on one of his song's?
That bread made me cream too Kevin. All of their breads are the best restaurant bread I’ve ever had fr!😂😂😂😂
Whoa they definitely good
Can you please list the city or address for the restaurant? Is this NYC or Chicago or LA?
There’s another channel with a lot of your shorts on YT. It came up in my recs.
This in la?
It looks ssssssoooooooo good
Who else was expecting bro to scream in extacsy inside the restraunt eating the food? 😆 🤣

We all should be watching him eating this dinner in his car
Their sauces you can buy in stores are top tier.
Come to Nonna Marias in west Bloomfield, Michigan
I hate lukewarm food. A lot of restaurants serve it (dishes that should be hot, it bears mentioning) and it drives me up a wall.
Can u compare the chopped sandwich and the grinder sandwich side by side?
Why does the place look like a fever dream
Kev eating at the restaurant instead of his car 😮
Carbone in the booty eye roll

So it seems the restaurant can improve in service.
