Yes, we all need to respect our equipment, this includes all the very hard work that goes into the inventions, engineering and physical labor that made these amazing machines happen - I absolutely cringe seeing people throwing down their bikes, so disrespectful to all those others that helps one get to an achievement.

Sad that the video that talks about being able to accept criticism is avoided by so many people. Makes sense though, most people can't ever comprehend what accountability means
