- This week we heard there was a Cars and Coffee car show going down in the next town over, so we dragged the Nascars out and decided to make an appearance!

That Bobby Allison Buick looks absolutely incredible. I wish i was alive to see that era of NASCAR.

I may not be a fan of being in my 50s now, but I got to see a lot of really cool stuff being born in 1972. A couple that my parents were friends with were personal friends of Harry Gant. I stood by the ramp of the hauler as his crew backed the iconic Skoal Bandit #33 out into THE HOTEL PARKING LOT to tune on it the night before the race. I remember FEELING the engine in my chest as much as I remember hearing it.
That’s what I think of with NASCAR is that car
I watched him win the 1988 Daytona 500 in that car. Nascar was incredible in those days.

I never thought I would see a pair of NASCARs in person. I was there on that day. When I first heard that noise, I thought someone installed a custom-made racing exhaust for a chevy Camaro, but it turned out to be a pair of NASCARs. This is now my all-time favorite cars throughout the shows I've attended. Thanks for making a Suprise appearance.

You cant get them to align right. We did the dale truck and they are built that way.
I also think part of the issue with the general overheating is that these are designed to have 150+ mph airflow, they aren't happy cruising at highways speeds for hours.
This is what I call a real drive in a race car on open roads , the sound , music to your ears , keep up the great vids of open road burnouts .

When I was a 5 years old kid in The Netherlands I stole a toy car from my brother. I absolutely loved it and have to had it! It was the most beautifull thing in the whole world! At the age of 16 I realised it was a nascar! From that time I'm hooked to nascar racing. It didn't even show on television in that time so I watched it with friends on some hacked broadcast thing from the states. Now I wake up at 0300 in the morning to watch the race live on television! Love the cars, love the racing, love the sound and love all the people loving nascar!

Question...Where did you get these cars? Are they full legit? If so what track was the Dale Jr 8 car set up for? It looks to me like it was possibly either an intermediate track or a short track car.
Earplugs could have saved us a few years on our ears for sure!
I'll bet the big problem with owning a Nascar is the maintenance. It is a racecar after all, something meant to be tweaked and worked on after a single race. Hey, if you've got the cash to break shit everyday then YOLO. LOL
