This morning I went out to the park at the bottom of the hill, and sat on the bench and watched two birds dance through the air. Then I took my shoes off and walked bare foot across the grass. It was lovely. My feet felt so nice x x x

This vlog made me really happy today. I was especially excited to see Lisa and Nanny Di! Nadia, I'm a hugger as well, so I completely understand how difficult that is. Even though we can't have physical contact with our friends and family at the moment, just being able to have some virtual or in-person face time with them makes a huge difference. Hi Nadia because you have been mostly vegetarian you could possibly be b12 deficient,I know it can cause pins and needles and other symptoms too like anxiety,depression,forgetfulness you should look it up because there are more symptoms,nothing serious ,I have an injection every two months as I have Crohns disease and cannot absorb it from food.always feel brill after it 😃hope this helps😁

Aww another fab home time vlog :) . The cooking session with Lisa and her family was sweet. So good to see Nanny Di bless her. Also strange to see Tower Bridge again used to be part of my commute to work, I don't miss the ridiculously long commute but I do miss seeing the sites in London. Missing hugs with my parents too, hopefully we will be allowed to get back to hugging soon. Thank you for the content :)
