I live in Spain, where wearing face masks in public is mandatory. It was very strange to see Deana & Nadia walking round IKEA without a mask. We've become so used to them here.
Will have to wear masks in shops as from 24th July fined £100.00 if you don’t.
Nadia singlehandedly makes my day better. I think she is the sun with curls. I suffer from anxiety due to chronic 24/7 pain. Watching her relieves some of that stress. And I find Mark helpful as well with his talk about mental health.

Can’t believe Nadia went to IKEA and didn’t buy any storage for all the rubbish in her laundry room and kitchen cupboards! 😳
No masks, not cleaning the trolley handle.. Touching EVERTHING!.. that was so stressful to watch :/
Havent ever worn a mask or cleaned a trolley. Did wipe shopping for a bit at beginning. Its been greatly over exaggerated, though it is a horrible man made virus imo.
Nadia well done for highlighting how a certain angle can change our whole look. I've struggled with body image for years but I'm starting to accept myself good and bad xxx

IKEA oh I miss that place, not been since November last year. Need so many bits and bobs but not quiet ready to do a 2 hour round trip just yet. It's great you show your girls how realistic body types are under certain lighting, giving them body confidence is one of the best life lessons you can teach a teenager whether been a boy or girl xx
Mark your brain working out the atoms and health benefits etc... it was really moving, it sounded simple and straightforward as you were explaining it and you looked so relaxed. It was the best part of this vlog, our body in motion are often so underestimated and we should perhaps engage with our physical thoughts more often . You are looking well, it’s doing wonders for you.
Idea for pics was great but Mark was so funny, such dry comments. I laughed out loud.

I've been feeling the worst I've felt in a very long time mentally and physically and I felt like I was guna die....I walked up and down my flat for 2 and a half hours until my legs needed to stop and I felt so much better I actually didnt want to stop coz the walking motion was helping so much
I find Epsom salt baths really help when I'm feeling like that, the magnesium calms I think.
Good on you for using exercise to help your mental health. That takes a lot of willpower. Well done

Todd The Bunny oh how I relate to your comment. If I lived in your flat, I would socially distance walk with you. As a matter of fact, I am going to try this technique myself in my building. The only worry is that walking with a mask may make me pass out. My anxiety is through the roof as well. Hang in there love, you are not alone. Oh and your bunny is adorable!! Animals are the light in life.
Just love hearing the names of shops there. We have Home Depot (Home Base), TJ Max (TK Max), Hobby Lobby (Hobby Craft)....
