What wiring harness did you use to go from the stock toyota wires to the Jensen?
70-1761 is the harness,just match the colors and don't use any color that doesn't match
does the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel still work? for the screen on the dashboard.

Why not remove the shift knob so you have better access to that lower panel, and stop messing around to get that bottom panel out?
We did remove the shift knob,it was tight at the beginning of the video but eventually did come off
