🔹 1/2 tsp Oregano
🔹 1/2 tsp Paprika
🔹 5 Eggs
🔹 30g (1oz) Parmesan
🔹 Butter
Salad
🔹 Green Salad with Broccoli and Avocado
🔹 2 Eggs
🔹 1 Broccoli
🔹 Handful Spinach
🔹 150g (5.3oz) Canned Green peas
🔹 1 avocado
🔹 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
🔹 1 tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
🔹 Juice of 1/2 lemon
