You're so weird. That 126 going fast is not comparable with some junk with added a fart can or a stupid spoiler. Someone has put a lot of work and money in restoration and upgrading engine. If anything it is done for fun and irony. The original 126 took about 30 sec. To reach 100km/hr.
The other example with 126 driving backwards is not polish idea, so saying "in Poland only" it is being ignorant.
I saw identical trick done on German TV in Thomas Gotschalk show where there they used a VW Beetle. That happened about 35 years ago. Loosen your pants and relaks a bit.

The jew thing was pure anti-semitism from the old guy. Stuff that people would repeat, without checking. Like they do with refugee numbers now. You can even see him puting his tongue out in disgust, inbetween rants.
The first thing he mentions was a quasi pogrom of jews in Poland in 1968, which forced around 20k to leave for Isreal, not 40k.
      The 500k are made up.
What made it funny. He rhymed the last part.
Imagine an UK racist complaining about "pakies" and switching into ryme at the end.

About that "Dupa" rant, it's actually poem "Oda do dupy" by Aleksander Fredro, famous polish dramaturgist and poet from the romanticism period. He's mostly known for his obscene, sexual sense of humour. Practically dick jokes but with fancy, poetic language - I totally recommend it :D

15:25 this scene is a fragment of a small sketch from the TV program "Za chwilę dalszy ciąg programu". The whole dialogue went like this:
    "- Take two
    - No. Why two? one is enough
    - Please, take two
    - No, we're not going to drink two
    - Well, we won't drink it, but the other one won't be wasted, it won't go bad after all
    - And what are we going to do with it?
    - And how does one break?
    - And why should it quarrel?
    - Life is different. Please take two. On my responsibility. Take two.
    - On your responsibility?
    - Yes
    - All right. A case of vodka and two sodas, please.."

actually it was a sketch from "KOC" (which stands for Komiczny Odcinek Cykliczny) and not "Za chwilę dalszy ciąg programu". The guys playing on that scene took roles in both, but KOC was their own show, airing TV screens some time after ZDCP in which the main characters were played by Wojciech Mann and Krzysztof Materna. And KOC was much funnier than ZDCP, imho. :)

@RobReacts1 We don't care how long he laughs. If he starts to get aggressive, it will be annoying, but he was in a good mood, so it's okay. This doesn't happen often, our public transport is usually calm, rarely does something like this happen, so people don't whine, but they try enjoy that something is finally happening. The lady standing next to him even smiles a few times

It's not just drunk people. It's just fun. Especially in Construction. One time I can tell you they told us to take tiles off the walls on the floor. We took the the walls off in 6 hours. When the engineer came he just asked WTF?
We didn't touch structure sensitive ones. And to be honest it was actually quicker to just demolish the place :)
They put the separating walls and new tiles in 2 days. It took one day to take out the rubble. Honestly I think it would take longer otherwise.
Simply put it - Fun and profit.

Unfortunately, you won't get the full wit of these situations, because it's mostly about how these people speak, what language they use. These are the ways of speaking that Poles find very amusing. It is often a mix of very colloquial with other types, sometimes a peculiarly "puffed up" attitude, or specific intonation, not always grammatical, etc., which adds a lot of extra humor to these situations. But it is not translatable into other languages, mentality, you have to be born and raised in Poland to feel it. I think the British have equivalents of something like that.

The crappy little car at 10:30 was a more ambitious project, the engine was swapped (from the original 2-cylinder to a much more powerful unit, probably from a big motorbike and then tuned some) to get a sleeper car out of the stereotypical slowest piece of junk on the road - the PF126.
The other PF126 got a swap of the full drivetrain, steering, suspension and wheels from a bigger FWD car. And because originally it is a rear engine car, so the front stayed unchanged. This is why there was steering on both axles and with two drivers it was possible to do some crabbing.

Here, a text with an appearance of being anti-Jewish emerged, but it must be understood on what basis it is grounded, because not on racial grounds.
For instance, Tuwim was POLISHJewish, and many outstanding Poles, including actors, enriched our history; Jews could also become nobles in Poland, where they were accepted, as in Western Europe, Jews were often blamed for calamities, including the Black Death (or simply if someone dreamt about a Jew, such was Europe). At times, Jews could enhance their lives or become prosperous through their cleverness and skills in reading and writing, creatively handling accounting or tricking a nobleman who borrowed money from them.
Regarding Polish-Jewish matters and the criticism by Poles, the blame lies more with modern-day Jews living in our Communist country. Jews associated with the Soviet penal system in Poland, which was part of the USSR, would sentence Poles to death (the brother of the famous editor of Gazeta Wyborcza, A. Michnik, is an example). Now, a film by Agnieszka Holland has appeared (she has nice photos with Bierut -
Bolesław Bierut is considered a key figure of the communist regime operating in Poland after World War II. His rule was characterized by repression, censorship, and the curtailment of civil liberties, including the persecution of political opposition and social activists.), which promotes Lukashenko's (Belarus) and Putin's vision of defending the border against migrants brought in by the Belarusian regime to track troop movements in Ukraine.
The Jewish issue in Poland doesn't solely have a beautiful and artistic dimension. There are many shades, such as patriotism or anti-Semitism. However, in Poland, this aspect never had a significant racial dimension; it was more economic during the Second Polish Republic. Jews would occasionally join the Red Army units due to their local ideals, and in Poland, they often held high positions and were somewhat oppressors of Poles. During the Communist era, the Communist authorities themselves got rid of the so-called "Jewish Communists," in a way, by also putting the spotlight on Jews. Similarly, Communist authorities in Poland were the only ones to carry out a hyacinth campaign against homosexuals.
It's somewhat amusing today that these same individuals in Poland claim we lack democracy because we don't listen to the EU - Donald Tusk, Merkel - and often walk around with LGBT flags, supporting ideas of freedom. Poles perceive these post-Soviet figures in the European Parliament as intellectual elites, but Soviet ones, who willingly changed mentors for money. Since the European Parliament now accommodates Communists like Altiero Spinelli while forgetting about Schuman, de Gaulle, and Churchill, this doesn't sit well with the Polish perspectiv.
In Poland, Gazeta Wyborcza (headed by the Polish-Jewish editor Michnik - Szechter) published content suggesting that Polish insurgents from the Warsaw Uprising were involved in killing Jews rather than fighting the Nazis in Warsaw. This is untrue; in reality, they even assisted each other. Polish insurgents did provide support to Jewish survivors, though often behind the scenes, aiding in tasks such as preparing ammunition and other tasks. Such strange narratives from their side constantly emerge, and this is why Poles frequently argue within the country.
When Poles talk about Jews in a negative or disdainful context, in the majority of cases, it's often related to Jewish associations with the Communist Party. Recently, a video was revealed showing A. Michnik, the editor-in-chief of Gazeta Wyborcza (a newspaper associated with the opposition that was apparently funded by the Communist Party), kissing Wojciech Jaruzelski, the individual responsible for the declaration of martial law on December 13 in Poland. Jaruzelski, a general, was the first President of the Republic of Poland. The Polish people never truly ousted the communists; they made deals with them and allowed them to amass wealth, often using state funds. This is why there are many companies in Poland today, like TVN television, that operate with roots tied to the Communist era.
As a result, politics in Poland is fierce because people often know who was involved. However, the intellectual elite in Poland is somewhat deceitful and has communist roots. Now you know why Poles vote for the right-wing, even for politicians like PiS (Law and Justice), in order to prevent mass emigration to the United Kingdom. The state sold many enterprises to Germans, who either divided them or took them along with the machinery.
