TOP Thrill 2 Preview Day! CP Racing | NEW Roller Coaster at Cedar Point

Top Thrill 2 is finally here!! We attended the Cedar Point Gold pass preview event of the reimagined Top Thrill Dragster.
This event was an exciting way to experience Top Thrill 2 prior to the park opening to the public. Most of the park was closed, but they opened up the CP Racing Midway for the evening. Magnum, Corkscrew, Super Himalaya and Power Tower were all open in addition to Top Thrill 2. The bleachers were open for a great view of the new roller coaster!
We enjoyed a nice evening in Cedar Point and eating at Back Beat Que while taking turns on Top Thrill 2 with a parent swap pass!

Can't wait to try Top Thrill 2, even though I rode the original Top Thrill Dragster back in 2018, and 2019 with assistance with the safety belt to latch, which it did, but it was a very tight fit.

Great review! I’m going to Cedar Point next month to ride Top Thrill 2. Haven’t been there since 2019. I rode Top Thrill Dragster at least 30 times since my first visit to the park in 2007. Driving there from Oklahoma. Can’t wait!

I've ridden it 4 times between Sunday and Tuesday and it's amazing! I did the front row and row 5 on Sunday and then the back row and row 4 on Tuesday and without a doubt it's the most insane ride I've been on. I rode the original Dragster from like 2010-2019 and that was a good ride but I feel like Top Thrill 2 is definitely the better ride and I can't wait to ride it more times. I also wanted to mention that in your Coastermania 2022 video when you guys were eating lunch, I was sitting right behind you like I can't remember when exactly I started watching your channel but I absolutely love your videos. I hope I get to meet you guys this season and I'm glad you both enjoyed Top Thrill 2 🙂

I'd have to say that the back row is like my top favorite cause going over the top hat you just feel like you're getting out of your seat like coming down from the spike I absolutely lost it and started laughing so hard and I didn't stop laughing until we hit the brake run like just.... omg it was a thrill and coming down the top hat I felt like I was gonna come out of the seat lmao. I also liked the front row cause it honestly gave Millennium Force vibes considering on that ride as well in the front, you feel the skin on your face moving and so I could definitely feel my face skin moving on Top Thrill 2 in the front

How much are single ride fast lane.
I want to say last year was like $20. Might be worth it for this ride if u aren’t willing to wait 2+ hours
So far the Cedar Point website hasn’t given us a single fast lane price for just Top Thrill 2. But we did notice that a single day fast lane plus includes 1 ride on Top Thrill 2. The prices for the single day fast lane plus start at $115 per person per day, but it sounds like they will fluctuate. If we hear of a price for just Top Thrill 2 we will report back 😊
In reality Opinions dose not determine what ride is better it's just the fact what ride has the bigger crowd wait is wat proves witch ride is better
