Brian, young man 👨, back in 1991, I was stationed at the old Clark Air Base (Angeles City), Philippines 🇵🇭. I was age 28 then. Now in 2024,I am age 61,a widower and my children are grown now. I am preparing to make the return and retire in the Philippines 🇵🇭 in late 2025 (October to January 2026). I was considering CEBU City. Now watching this video, strong possibility of Manila area of Makati or BGC area. I love ❤️ 🇺🇸 AMERICA, I am a military 🪖 veteran. But I do need to live my dream in the Philippines 🇵🇭 again. Missing my home country for 7 years now, Indeed Philippines is getting better and better now, and I can see it how beautiful Metro Manila today and even in the cities of Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Angeles and Cagayan de Oro they are also developing, and more infrastructures were invested in those cities. I will visit Philippines by next year fingers-crossed 🤞😊

Makati has LINKED UP 5 of its malls from ONE AYALA, SM, GLORIETTA, LANDMARKS to GREENBELT MALLS. No need to go outside to transfer from one mall to another. ONE AYALA is also a transport hub so once you arrive in the place, you're basically inside the mall already. 😊

Me and my husband are both retired in Social Security and we will be back soon for good in the Philippines. A lot of things changed since we left in 2001. Manila, Cebu and the Countryside looks different than before when I went home last year.

I'm Filipina living here in USA Colorado I'm from Iloilo city born there but came here in USA 1986 was adopted with my two other sisters, was just in Manila last week came to visit and got to see my sister the oldest who lives in Pangasinan, Philippines is sure modernize, didn't make it to any Islands but maybe next time, all the chaos goingbon here in USA and the ongoing wars eventually be back there hopefully to retire in Peace, couldn't believe how cheaper things are over there compare to here in U.S inflation here still skyrocketing people going homeless and jobless! Alot of businesses and stores have shut down due to Migrants coming throug the borders illegally! Thank you for sharing Philippines and loving iyr Country🥰❤🇵🇭

Philippines my country is a nice place for vacations and use your money becuase it verycheap all the things you want to buy in USA you can buy here in tje philippine house and lot farm cars are cheap.Beach is beautifull foods is very cheap but delicious foods is mazing people is hospitality and you have. When i went to cars and coffee in OC california.. lineup was insane first time i saw an enzo, pagani zonda and a veyron. They got some pretty rare classics and a toyota Ft1 concept car back in 2014…458’s and aventadors were so common there 😂
