I've been in the floor covering business since I was a kid with my dad who owned his own company in 1950. Today, I'm sixty-six yo. I am more than sure this product works on tack strip and concrete. What a blessing for all those existing and new carpet installers (for the smart ones). I wish it was around 40 year ago when I was installing carpet and hardwood floors.
Yup… I use Flex 180 for all my baseboard, chair rail and picture frame Wainscoting… no nail holes to fill (or very minimal)… I buy it buy the case
