Absolutely amazing. This is by far the best fight in the series. The emotional weight of it. Kakashi just found out that not only was his best friend is still alive, but that he was the enemy he has been fighting all this time, AND that he blamed him for it. Choreography wise this is the most beautiful fight, the flashbacks from their childhood on sync with their present fight and Obito rejecting his past in order to fulfill his promise to Rin. There are very few fights on anime history that can rival this one.

nah final valley 2 fight has 10x more emotional weight and 10x the stakes. and nothing beats the no-music bare-knuckled beatdown at the end.
I don't agree that Obito blamed Kakashi. "Whats the point of blaming this useless reality." Obito blamed the ninja world itself, a world he thought of as hell.

This people, is what peak ninja fight in the whole Naruto series. Starting from genjutsu to taijutsu expertise with kunai, proper ninjutsu display with proper hand seals, then classic ninja's bait and deception with Obito's kunai or Kakashi's lightning bunshin. This is perfection

Chidori is a cursed jutsu. Even Indra essentially used it to kill his friends and awaken the Mangekyo.

He still uses mud style and puts a clone of him in the ground, He remembers the past enough to predict and flawlessly pull the same move, but Obito has completely forgotten the past, the fights, everything from the leaf village, he only lives for revenge.
This fight is unmatched. Insane quality aswell!
And yet, Obito kept up with him throughout their entire fight, whereas in the past, Kakashi knocked him on his ass without trying all that hard.
In the present? They BOTH delivered otherwise fatal blows to one another.
@@ceecee6521 One was an Uchiha with a Rinnegan and Hashirama cells, the other with a borrowed sharingan (more draining). Speaks for itself. Worth noting, however, Obito's rinnegan was probably more draining with the same logic applied.

this fight has always meant so much to me, the quality just makes it all the more pleasing to watch, its impressive how not even the fireball flickered like in other peoples attempts. pay attention, the way that jutsu hit the mud wall is interpreting the hate obito feels toward kakashi, its beautifully executed, i always wished they would remaster this fight but it seems like you beat the studios to it, did a better job too. keep it up

The part where Obito says “Going to borrow this.” gets me every time
The story of Kakashi Vs. Obito basically shows that it's how we start that is always important, it is how we finish. It somewhat parallels Naruto and Sasuke's stories.
Obito wasn't adept back then, but with some support (from Madara & White Zetsu) and hard work he mastered his Kekkei Genkai and became one of the most powerful shinobi from his village.
Obito even fought evenly with his sensei the legendary Minato Namikaze. If he had both of his Sharingan he probably would've defeated Minato.

Many people thought that their duel happened in past too and Kakashhi won both but it was not true. This was the first time they were in Hand to Hand duel but they are imagining the fight as if they fought as friend 😭

@@ty814no. Like someone pointed out, óbito has forgotten his past that’s why he lost. Kakashi used the moves from before as kids and that’s why he knew óbitos moves so well. Kakashi won both times but I believe he won only cause he knew óbito like a mirror. He predicted almost everything.

The best fight in anime history. Yes, not the flashiest. Yest, not the brightest. Yest, not be most powersful. Yes, not the most epic. Yet still is very sensitive, felt and wonderful. Parallels between older versions of characters and their depictions in present, their mix withing time frames and time lines - it is the freaking best fight in the whole anime. Even when you didn't know the history, feelings and tensions behind these two, you feel it through this short vid 100%.

What I hate the most about their fight in this scene is that they're serious about killing each other and they still hesitant to show their ultimate jutsu.
Naah I don't think obito was thinking of killing kakashi otherwise he could have definitely killed him by stabbing kakashi through his heart(the moment they stabbed each other).....you must have seen that further in the series that obito actually never wanted to forget his past with his team
