There are a lot. You can make a youtube series about it. They hited felon for BCPD , the cop that busted him saw him during training and went to HR. That means HR is not doing their job.

Ok, so as an HR director, you are supposed to ask for the original transcript directly from the school.
Right! I haven’t applied for a job in my profession, lately, bec I am close to retiring, but have looked at jobs where they will accepted copies of my transcript (if I apply) with the application, but make it clear, any offers of employment or getting hired, WILL require official transcripts and not copies!
I don’t work in HR, but I suspect employers stopped accepting photocopies of degree diplomas yrs ago and now require official transcripts (sent directly from the school) at some point in the process, even if they initially accept copies of the transcript with the application materials (resume, cv etc.).
Right. I’ve never had a job that you could just send the transcripts yourself. That defeats the purpose but schools were hiring anybody during Covid 🤷♂️
Between 2015-2024 he had enough time to get legitimate credentials. 🙄

Considering how no one is hiring unless you have some form of college degree or master's degree I've contemplated multiple times lying on my Job application to get a job. I never did it but I understand WHY he did it.

Microsoft 365 has a lot of great resume templates and LinkedIn has a free resume builder and templates as well.

As an educator and coach in DC this is quite alarming. There's a reason background checks and credential submissions are in place. SMH!!

Was she working in nursing home ? Nursing homes are so desperate they will ignore any red flags to hire you. Never leave your elderly loved ones in nursing home

I will just speak to the fake transcripts…they dropped the ball on that part. When I ordered my transcripts in the past, it comes from the National Student Clearinghouse. While he may have to order it but I was advised to have it sent to the University. I couldn’t move forward in the process until they received it and evaluated everything. The Clearhouse will send it to whomever is requesting the copy(it has a watermark too). Anyway, he is horrible, students work extremely hard to excel and earn their GPA’s and degrees. Smh

It's Baltimore County not Baltimore City but same difference. Too many people get leadership jobs and don't want to be held accountable when things happens.
