May I ask for What do you use the 3D Print model?
Some of them ( practical 3D prints ) I really use at home. The more toy ones after recording the video I give to children from my family or a nearby school 🙂
You can even use it to create moulds and create metal objects then. Like hot metal channel and press tube and artby adrock
Can you recommend me a 3D printer to start?
It's all depends on budget but from my experience I can recommened you (with lower budget ) Creality Ender 3/ 3S 1 Pro, Prusa Mini and Prusa MK3/MK4 with higher budget

How much do a 19 hour print cost?
You mean electricity or filament cost ? This particular model from the video that took 19 hours to print weighed about 200-250g, which cost 5-10$ depending on the filament
