@@tom3dprints Sorry but I still dont get it, I have a creality s1 and I dont think that it can print a 180 degree flat object without any support.
Trust me creality s1 can print that. it is printed as bridge. you can do 3d printer bridge test to confirm.

I just bought my 1st ever 3d printer and also I have a question how do you make those videos where you can see your 3d modle being printed it looks like its stop motion how would I do it
easy way is use octolapse with octoprint, what is the printer you got?
I think you could do with adjusting the settings or calibrating your printer. There is a lot of stringing and surface defects.
Edit: looking at the pendulum, are the curved sections like that in the model? If not you could install some form of arc welder to convert those linear paths to arcs to allow you to get better looking curves and circles.
Thank you for reply. main reason for surface defects is creating timelapse. it create surface defects because printer stops mid print and brings bed forward to take photos. main reason for string is I'm in high humidity (75%) area so filament gets wet fast 😢.
on pendulum curved sections are designed like that and shows same in cure.

How do you print with multi colored filament?
its rainbow filament. unfortunately i do not have multi colored printer
@@tom3dprints I see. No 3-D printer that prints multiple colors for each filament stand on one printer. Just the filament string that is rainbow.

Why not make normal time lapse without it moving printhead out of way for picture? Now you want to show off things with crap quality. The point to make video´s is show something cool right..? Yet you say the time lapse style creates these flaws. Pretty weird to do in my opinion

Sorry, with this fucking steps (in Germany we say Stufen oder Treppen) and other crap in this prints i prefer resin printers over this shit! It is really annoying to see this shit in`22! Disgusting crap! But only my opinion....
yes fdm printer quality can be low. nut purpose of this channel is to inspire people on 3d printing. so we have it start with basic tech as FDM. hope you can understand.
