Been through a similar situation once I ended things I looked back and saw so many red flags that I ignored. I've working on healing and genuinely loving every part of me the last 4yrs. I thought God had sent my husband because he treated me in ways no man had ever treated me before. He was the counterfeit though. No man God will send me will ever want me to compromise my morals and end a covenant I made with Christ. We weren't equally yoked. Wow, thank you for sharing, this is my favourite story time thus far, I broke off a 10 month relationship because I felt like he needed time to grow a bit more and I just needed to focus on myself still and I did not want to fall in love before that, so, on the 2nd of January 2022 that's what I did and I am content with my decision. Unfortunately there was a few issues but it's all water under the bridge, the fact that he is 7 years younger does make it easier lols but there is still that tiny bit of hope that we will be together and we won't be trying as hard to build a deeper relationship.
