Pure Smokey.
❤when Smokey sings
Smokey has some falsetto!
Great video... some of my favorites in this medley.
Happy Monday... thank you for sharing! 💖
He was at the very core of Motown. Add the writing team of Holland/Dozier/Holland, the Funk Brothers studio musicians and you have "The Sound of Young America" (their slogan).
The best Smokey period, period!
Smokey was a huge part of my youth as my mom loved him and the Motown sound. She'd drop a stack of vinyl on the console stereo and have the house hoppin'. Thanks mom and Smokey for helping me appreciate good music.
Smokey was 33-34 when he filmed this and had already been writing/performing for almost half his life. That's quite a career just in that span alone
Smokey is always smoking 😎👍🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🎸🏹
