  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a HAND MUDRA video! A couple of subscribers have asked me for a video on hand mudras, so today I'm showing 5 EASY HAND MUDRAS you can use during meditation. Hand mudras are hand/finger positions that serve different purposes. The purposes may be physical, spiritual, mental, or a combination of any of those things. I use hand mudras a lot in my videos because I enjoy using them and teaching them. These 5 mudras are pretty straightforward and easy to remember if you're looking to incorporate them into your practice. Leave a comment down below letting me know if you use hand mudras regularly and what are your favorites. Also, let me know if you'd like to see more videos on hand mudras. Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe, and thank you for watching!

This was great, thank you I feel well equipped with more mudras now explained clearly as expected, boss, and I am actually familiar with the Dhyana Mudra and use daily during my meditation. I typically say as I am holding my hand in that position before I sit quietly: the right hand of ascendancy, wisdom, and awareness over the left hand of the world of illusions. It is so calming this mudra. Have a pleasant Sunday and a fulfilling week. Jai Namaste :)!

Thank you for this! I’ve seen Mudras used but not explained so I appreciate you taking the time to do so 💛 I will be incorporating these into my meditations. Is there a Mudra for releasing anger or sadness? Maybe one that you’ve shared would be good for that.

For me the most important mudra is to press the thumbs on the root of the ring fingers. This will prevent that in deep meditation mad entities enter in your body, because the door for entering in your body is this root of the ring finger. This is maybe also the reason that the church has brought up the ring for ring finger, which is normally on the root of the ring finger.

Thank you for this!? If you know any books on mudras or where it comes from let us know. This is super helpful. It's hard for me to regulate my emotions or when I feel overwhelmed. I will be using these tools to redirect my energy or shift it. Thank you! Just doing them right now instantly made me feel centered.
