Excellent presentation and I'm sure you've sold it by now. $950,900 for the base model and what you show is fully loaded and furnished. So I'm guessing this house would be in the $1.2 million range. Parker's a very nice town. Love to live there myself.
Pros: Finish on the top of the line model like that is very nice. Lots of room.
Cons: For that price range which is fast becoming entry level in the metro area (unbelievably so) to be on a postage stamp lot with a great view that will disappear with future development. Granted it's a very nice home but for that price I would want some land with it. Those windows honestly look mid-grade and the bedrooms a bit small. I'm guessing the buyer of this place would throw many parties.
I grew up in metro Denver and I remember when the first mansion in Cherry Hills Village broke the $100k mark, a record for Denver at that time. Housing here is getting obscene in price for what you get. Almost like it's competing with Seattle or anything in CA.

I've lived in Denver for 23 years and bought one of those new build duplexes in what used to be called North Denver...so I'm not averse to the modern aesthetic. You did a great job on the tour and that pantry is crazy in a good way. However, I just said to my partner "This house is Colorado gaudy both inside and out." I never thought the words "Colorado" and "gaudy" would go together.
My favorite part is the stairs. I'm craving that house. The day is coming

I’m Applaud at the colors and charm of the outside of this home. The kitchen is enormous the dark cabinets accentuate the back splash. Plenty of room and spacious. However I’m not a fan of my laundry room being on the second level. Definitely could get maybe get use to it though. Very Beautiful!

Is Denver and it’s surrounding communities mostly for the rich now? With prices like this, it doesn’t seem like a blue collar worker or teacher like my wife could afford to live there.

You can thank the drones of people moving here. They've made it a lot harder for those of us that grew up in CO to buy a home. These videos certainly don't help. Most people bid 2k-60k over listing.... and that's conservative.
@@elvirav.9713 What kind of work are they doing to have that kind of money? Or are the coming from somewhere where their property was even hire than that making that house affordable to them? With prices like that, there won’t be any more teachers, police officers, plumbers, or other working individuals to move there to work besides the ones who are already established there.
Wish you would stick with the same camera lens (preferably the one that shows the realistic size and depth of the interior spaces) thru out the video. It's already a big house, there is no need to make it look artificially bigger.

Well done video and beautiful home but I'm depressed at what has happened to housing prices in Colorado. I personally wouldn't call this the Denver Metro area, I think that's a stretch, but I know people do it so I'm not saying you're wrong for doing so. This house is an hour away from downtown Denver during normal work traffic, so it can go up from there obviously. Also, Parker is meh. This is a "higher" quality house and finished well, but a million dollars to live an hour away from Denver in Parker with basically no backyard? Crazy business. Not as crazy as the 2 bedroom 1 baths going for $600k+ in Denver though. Anyone who doesn't make $200k+ a year should look into moving to North Dakota... Pretty soon there won't be any "middle class" people living around Denver.
I feel ya - the Denver housing market has definitely gotten intense. Parker is getting lots of attention from developers these days, its becoming quite a fun place to live!

Briggs I'v been watching your videos for a long time! I was just wondering if that Epic home in Parker and Infinity Plan 3 in Castle pine are available? Both model homes are they for sale and at what price.
I believe the epic model home is not currently for sale and the infinity model 3 has sold however they have a quick move model 3 Floor-plan available now. Let me know if you want to know more about it.

Really nice but I wish some of these builders would build homes I could afford. Nobody I know can afford something like this! I do love how all the railing gives this a totally modern look though.

Lokal is a builder in the greater Denver area that built some pretty price friendly new construction homes!
Why build such a beautiful home and not protect it with home fire sprinklers, especially at this price point?
Big boat homes will become affordable small homes the HEALING bill will be way to large FOR PEOPLE TO AFFORD
