So I thought I'd do what I could to keep the 'idiot' anonymous, however he's decided to spout off in the comments section proving what kind of guy he actually is. I've removed most of his comments so some of the threads may be out of context.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENT
I'm 3 month into IRacing and have found the racing the most civil of all online racing, so far. Yes you get the usual incidents but my fear of being simply rear punted for position which happens alot in other sims, is becoming a distant memory. I've happily paid more for this than any other sim and continue to do so, more than I would like to disclose to my good wife.

Mario is a young lad from Sydney who races Karts. I’ve raced against him a few times. He’s keen and a bit scrappy, but a good lad. Great to see you both have a good battle

The first 15 mins proved to be a GREAT, fair, clean fight between you and Mario. It was some of the best battling and best etiquette Ive seen in a while

It’s worth pointing out that if the damage model were better he would have never survived that first intentional shunt, and would have been unable to create further carnage.
Literally just after the turn 1 incident in question CZcams plays me an injury lawyers ad. “If you’ve had an accident that wasn’t your fault, call injury lawyers for you”. Perfect 🤣

From the title I was just wincing waiting for Mario to take you out from that bit of contact in T1, but was glad to see he was a good sport after such a close race
Hi Dave, im the yellow merc. I think its a bit unfair to even consider blaming me for this incident as some of commenting people did. I was almost full car ahead at braking zone, at entry and mid corner. There was no noticable overlap for You but still i entered this corner as wide as it was possible for me keeping space for atleast one of You. Even if i would go wider, you would propably force me out of track. Still You put your nose there in the way i couldnt react or predict. And yes, its propably a racing incident and im not mad or anything. Stay cool and see You on track again ;)

I'm surprised at your comment about last week's tracks Dave. I would think a racer of your skill would welcome the challenges. 😉 I'm not very fast but I do enjoy Mid-Ohio for one. 😊 I've just been getting back into iracing this past year after some health issues had slowed me down prior, but determined to learn some new tracks (to me) including Monza, so I enjoyed this. 😊
I wish iracing was tougher on people like that guy than they are. Ive been in splits with people who are similar and ive reported them and i usually check on their account activity regularly after the protest has been "resolved" and i usually find that theyre still racing away with minimal punishment or maybe a warning. The thing is, If any of the guys in the initial incident were using direct drive wheels with the FFB turned up fairly high it really is a serious accident and could result in broken wrists/thumbs depending on the wheel in a worst case scenario. iRacing need to ban people like this for a very long time if not indefinitely. If it was just one incident you can excuse it but this is crystal clear every single incident was intentional. Id love nothing more than that account to be permanently banned and for him to lose every penny he has spent on that account after doing something like that. Some might find that harsh but he needs to be gone for good in my eyes.
