Healing Sounds pioneer® Jonathan Goldman has created a special interactive sonic guided meditation-the Sound Health Enhancer. It features the balancing and calming sonics of the Sacred Ratio Pythagorean Tuning Forks, wonderful guided imagery to help create and amplify heart/brain coherence and enhance our health, including our immunological system and heart chakra activation. i love this. i am unbale to chant this becuase i am in a public libary.
I feel I can almost walk, fly out of the body. The body is very useful but I feel like it stinks inside
As I was Tony and I kept getting a ticket in my throat making me cough. I switched to Ommmmmm for a minute then was able to go back to Ahhhhhh. Any thoughts on what, other than the vibration, caused this?
