Hey Guy I just discovered you podcast, great stuff mate. Where are you in Oz? I'm from Melbourne. This guy is a trip, great talk. I've been using humming on the exhale breath when meditating to create a strong internal vibration and it's taken things to a new level. Almost makes me feel high and unified like when I used to take mdma! I don't know why this happens but it's great🤩
I don’t know what other people think but those videos with narration with robot voices make me feel sick........they are absolutely awful........not only that but the inflection on words aren’t right......the accompanying text often has the wrong words shown..... I just can’t come at some of them.....🧐
